I was just looking for a comfortable place to spend the night, having planned for a family get-together during the day. Didn't really want to spend a tonne without making full use of the amenities. Booking direct via the hotel's website gave me a better rate than using a third party. Just remember to take a screenshot of the booking number because for some strange reason I never got my confirmation via email. Hotel was pretty easy to find, and the entrance to the parking area can be a little tricky for large cars. Parking is complimentary for hotel guests, by the way. The check in was pretty busy, I think a lot of people were checking in because there was the unplanned water shortage in the Klang Valley that weekend. Kudos for the staff especially Raja who attended to me. Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn't huge but bed was oh so comfy and toilet was spotless. Loved the corridors. My room faced the busy highway, and occasionally you can hear the LRT passing by - we're both heavy sleepers so the noise did not bother us. Breakfast was included in the rate - and we were impressed by the quality. they didn't have much in terms of quantity but that was totally fine with us because the 'nasi goreng cina' was tasty and the ayam goreng berempah was seasoned well. It was well worth the rate we paid for our room. Only thing I would maybe pick on is the use of disposable cups and plastic stirrers for the hot beverages. Would totally recommend!…

Held a training programme here in August. Hotel team from sales and banquet team are superb. Need more training for staff at restaurant especially the waiter and waitresses. Front office staff was ok. Room bit small but very tidy and comfortable. Training rooms comes equipped wth projector. Highly recommended for training for family vacation or business stay opt for the bigger room. Overall highly recommend this hotel depending on your needs.

Rooms and beds quite good, staff service friendly and helpful. Management stuck with moneygrabbing owners rules, not impressed and will book our next 90+ people convention elsewhere. Tips for housekeeping; plastic disposables are out If we follow youe eco rule and hang the towel for re-use...dont just replace it with a fresh towel anyway. If the location suits single or small group travellers, then enjoy. Large groups or coorperate bookings - beware!

Special shoutout to Najmi,Rash,Rabiatul &Ros for the excellent hospitality shown by them.Had issues with the key card and Rabiatul assisted me well.A job well done.The room was great.Cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent.Breakfast spread at 3 Beanz cafe was superb.Nothing else to say i would rate the hotel 4.9 out of 5!.Will come back for sure!

Stayed in the standard room, it's kind of small but everything is in order. The hotel food is decent, nothing wow. Location is great as there are many other food places around if you prefer to eat somewhere else, and also a shopping mall. Staff is friendly, so overall, a good stay.

The carpet in our room has not been vacuumed. It smells. The bed sheets probably were not changed, it smells of previous guest body odor. There were stains on the wall of our room 632. The lobby area smells of cigarettes and certainly this hotel needs refurbishing. The front desk clerk not helpful, can't speak very well and not trained. To Mtree hotel management, I can do better running your hotel. And to the owner of Mtree hotel, please remove all the carpeting in hotel unless you shampoo and steam clean them afew times a year being this a tropical country.

I stayed here for a full week, booked a suite for space but might as well just book a regular room. Pros 1. Suites are indeed spacious with 1 large bed with an attached spacious bathroom with a separate shower room and bathtub. 2. Basic breakfast but sufficient for me. 3. Cleanliness in most parts of the hotel. 4. Relaxing swimming pool. I was there during the hazy period and had the whole pool to myself for a few days. 5. Super large corridor area and looks very classy and comfy. Cons 1. Most receptionists are kinda 'just there'. No warmth, no service. 2. They have this weird policy of only 1 keycard per room. Strictly. They advised us to drop our one single keycard at the desk whenever we go out as we will come back at different times. 3. Allowed outsiders to guest room floors without verification. What's the point of having keycard security to access your floor then? 4. My suites come with a free minibar. Will only be replenished when requested. Then don't advertise as free daily minibar. 5. Rooms are pricey for what we are paying for and what is being provided.] 6. No gym room. 7. Weird design of the room. I had a room with a great ceiling to floor windows. The bed was in the middle whilst a large curved sofa was on the right while the TV was on the left with a small coffee table and 1 sofa. 8. Soundproofing. This happens to be my one and only time staying here. The reservations and the emails to the general email are always left unanswered and you have to take the trouble to keep chasing them for an answer. Not so customer-oriented. And they don't reply in detailed. Gives me the perception of 'whatever' in the few email correspondences with them.…

Been there since their opening in 2017. Going back every yr and stay in their family room. But this yr was my worse experience! Slow check in, took 20mins!!! I was there early and told that check in only @ 12. Even I had already sent in request through email! That’s fine, but I booked 3 rooms so I ask the recept to take a look n check make sure everything is ok. But he don’t even bother to check! JuZ said come back at 12. When I came back I hve to wait for 20 mins because there is some problem with the booking la n Etc.That’s really a bad Service. Every yr I came there’s plenty item on the mini fridge bar. This yr nothin at all! Either there’s no TOP up or hotel cutting on their cost. Worse no bedroom slipper too. Non smoking room. But the moment we step in there’s very strong cigarette smell. I have stayed here once before, and enjoyed that stay too. It's a pity that the shopping mall downstairs has closed, but that is no fault of the hotel. I was looking forward to a wide choice of places to eat, but that wasn't possible. The room is more than adequate, quiet and very clean. Comfortable bed, I could spend the day on it! :-)
