Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Rooms and beds quite good, staff service friendly and helpful. Management stuck with moneygrabbing owners rules, not impressed and will book our next 90+ people convention elsewhere.
Tips for housekeeping; plastic disposables are out If we follow youe eco rule and hang the towel for re-use...dont just replace it with a fresh towel anyway.
If the location suits single or small group travellers, then enjoy. Large groups or coorperate bookings - beware!

Stayed in the standard room, it's kind of small but everything is in order. The hotel food is decent, nothing wow. Location is great as there are many other food places around if you prefer to eat somewhere else, and also a shopping mall. Staff is friendly, so overall, a good stay.

Held a training programme here in August. Hotel team from sales and banquet team are superb. Need more training for staff at restaurant especially the waiter and waitresses. Front office staff was ok. Room bit small but very tidy and comfortable. Training rooms comes equipped wth projector. Highly recommended for training for family vacation or business stay opt for the bigger room. Overall highly recommend this hotel depending on your needs.

I was just looking for a comfortable place to spend the night, having planned for a family get-together during the day. Didn't really want to spend a tonne without making full use of the amenities. Booking direct via the hotel's website gave me a better rate than using a third party. Just remember to take a screenshot of the booking number because for some strange reason I never got my confirmation via email.
Hotel was pretty easy to find, and the entrance to the parking area can be a little tricky for large cars. Parking is complimentary for hotel guests, by the way. The check in was pretty busy, I think a lot of people were checking in because there was the unplanned water shortage in the Klang Valley that weekend. Kudos for the staff especially Raja who attended to me.
Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn't huge but bed was oh so comfy and toilet was spotless. Loved the corridors.
My room faced the busy highway, and occasionally you can hear the LRT passing by - we're both heavy sleepers so the noise did not bother us.
Breakfast was included in the rate - and we were impressed by the quality. they didn't have much in terms of quantity but that was totally fine with us because the 'nasi goreng cina' was tasty and the ayam goreng berempah was seasoned well. It was well worth the rate we paid for our room. Only thing I would maybe pick on is the use of disposable cups and plastic stirrers for the hot beverages.

Found blood stained on the bedsheet when I was searching for my things under the comforter. informed receptionist to change bedsheet after that I went to have my dinner. When I came back from my dinner, they did not change. I called the receptionist, they mentioned that it was a fresh blood as I just check in today. Me and my partner don’t have any blood stain on our body. Feel so uncomfortable. Tonight going to sleep on top of the comforter. Feel so disgusted. After that I Saw Google review, there is people commented that the receptionist will deduct from the deposit if they found stains on bed. I’m staying at level 6

deposit quite high , so my expect a bit high . strictly no vaping and smoking unless at the designated smoking area which is good . parking machine sucks . 2 times jammed . in and out . i am so frustrated. swimming pool very dirty . no regular cleaning as you can see its very sandy in the water even though no body at the pool in the early morning . room got beautiful interior design but carpet never shampoo vaccum .

This is an honest review as I am not a fussy or difficult person. Stayed at room 810 - Shower drain hole always get flooded when shower which i tried to live with - Bad room insulation as you will hear traffic and corridor noise all day which I tried to live with. - Woke up around 2am as aircon was not cold despite lowest temperature and highest fan. Wall indicator prompted 'clean filter' which I tried to live with as well. - 5am, a constant ringing sound coming from nearby room that resemble the room phone rang for 5mins and stop. - 5:15am, same thing happened. - 5:30am same thing happened. - 5.45am, it happened again, I decided to call the front office and tell them whoever they are calling for a wake up call is not answering and it is disturbing other customer. The ringing stop immediately. -10:15am, a housekeeper rang my room and ask me what time I will check out. This made me furious. I call the front desk and tried to understand is this a common procedure. A lady answer and couldn't understand my English, the call was transferred to a Mr Shazali which claim he is the Front desk supervisor say there is no such procedure and he is the highest rank of the hotel working at the point. -As above, I haven't got much sleep thus this review here.

The hotel is situated at the side of the highway interchange and the corner of the shop houses. Opposite is IOI shopping mall. The surrounding has many shop houses to serve many needs in term of restaurants, beauty centres, banks, drinking bars, etc. It is brand new which is opened in March. Thus the rooms are clean, neat and comfortable. In term of rate is reasonable for a 3 stars hotel. The swimming pool is at roof top or 9th floor. From the roof top you can the surrounding of Puchong. The breakfast is on the ground floor serving ordinary local fares. Don't expect internatinal spread. Overall is average of a hotel at this district.

The hotel is located at the corner of the road. It’s location is not good. You have to walk to the nearby shops or take transport to go to the nearby IOI Mall. The room that I stayed is small. The breakfast spread was good. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Had booked for one night as the Hotel was near my event venue. With the price I did not expect much. Therefore was pleasantly surprised upon checking in. Room was clean and comfortable with adequate toiletries, hair dryer, coffee and tea making facilities, strong shower... Breakfast was adequate. That aside ... Dining room was a bit cramped and music for a morning was too loud. Limited tv channels ... appears that these complaints have not been resolved. Check in at 5.30pm was labored considering I was the only one checking in and staff had to check whether the room was cleaned and available. At 5.30pm I would have thought that the room would be ready. All said, thank you to Mr Raja for being attentive and for the umbrella.
