Had a great experience. Tamil and Aina at front desk were extremely helpful and always warm and friendly. Rooms and bathroom was clean. Special mention to Rahul( Security Officer) who was always welcoming and friendly and had this huge smile while greeting all guests. He was a standout employee. Will definitely visit again.

Hotel with Excellent Customer Service and Cafe with delicious food with assorted variety/smorgasbord
We stayed at Bespoke Hotel Puchong and had our private luncheon event with relatives in KL Puchong. Throughout the initial enquiry, planning to actual day event, everything went well and excellent. Special Thanks to Muhammad Ammar, Sales Coordinator - was patient, responsive, customer service oriented and accomodating to my multiple requests. Chef - Patient and Accomodating - Was able to come out a vegetarian menu and a menu for non vegetarian, suitable for elderly and children. The food were delicious with assorted variety/smorgasbord and portion was more than enough, as feedback by my guests. Staff at Horizon Cafe - The staff were customer oriented and attentive to the guests. Staff at Front Desk - Were attentive and explained in detailed. Room Attendants - Were efficient in cleaning and packing the rooms. Maintenance Staff - On the second day, one of rooms aircon was not so cold. The maintenance guy came and change the filter. The room was cold immediately. Security at the door - Was attentive and helped to open the front door. Last but not least - The rest of the staff - I believe for Bespoke Hotel Puchong to have and maintain the excellent customer service, it takes the whole team to make it happen. I would highly recommend Bespoke Hotel Puchong for hotel room stay be it solo, couple or group. Any private events, be it business or company event , family, relatives or friends events like birthday, wedding or any special occasions. The Horizon Cafe serve delicious food with assorted variety/smorgasbord and portion was more than enough, and the staff were attentive. We have been trying to book the Suite for a couple of times as we travel to Puchong a couple of times a year but it was always full. This time we got it for a 3 Nights stay. Contacted the hotel for a special birthday mini setup in the Suite via email and received a call from the Hotel Manager Gavin within a couple of minutes to discuss further. It was arranged very nicely, and they even threw in extras with cake and delivery of balloons! We are really pleased with this. There is only 1 Suite, which is unfortunate - I wish there are more units as I definitely will want to return here the next time, fingers crossed then we can secure it. The Suite itself is basically spacious as it is a adjacent room setup, as you can see in the pic the living area is with sofa and proper setup. The bedroom is with King sized bed and great for couples travelling with a kid. Probably can get additional bed for more kids I imagine. Room is clean, furniture are well kept. Washroom is also clean and has all the amenities needed as per 5 Star Hotels (so you dont need to pack anything at all in fact). Water pressure from the shower is excellent. Breakfast is included and the setup is really good for the price we are paying for the room. For 3 mornings, it still satisfies us with the range of food available. They even have an egg station! The view from the breakfast area is also excellent. Parking is convenient. We chose the valet parking of SetiaWalk since it is only MYR 6.00 for 24 hours (multiple entries). Basically we did not struggle with finding a space throughout our stay, at the front of the hotel. There is multistorey or basement parking for free, but we did not choose it since I always preffered Valet parking whenever im travelling . You have Starbucks just behind the hotel, walk 2mins - so its good for caffeine addicts like me. Oh it also comes with the coffee machine in the Suite. Staffs are all friendly, even the security doormen smiles all the time and helps you with the door. Wifi speed is excellent in the Suite. I could play games on my phone as zippy as I am on my home Wifi. Tested with 5ping latency only, and with speed up to 350mbps. Now, for some recommendations to make it even better, personally: 1. TV - I do not believe it is a Smart TV (there's actually 2 units in the Suite), or at least I failed to navigate it. Will be nice to have a Smart TV for the Suite so we can cast our phones for kids to watch Youtube 2. Bed / Mattress - I think it is due for replacement. Was a little bit sinking on my side, but generally I still slept OK. Don't get me wrong, it was clean and I did not have any hygiene issues throughout the stay 3. Towel Rack - I always personally less prefer to have them installed on top of the toilet itself. Will be good to relocate as it touches the water tank when you hang the bath towel. There is another hook behind the door but will not be enough for more than 1 towel All in all, it is an excellent hotel, good location and service is as good as it gets. Best hotel to stay and the food is delicious. very strike sop followed by the hotel employees. The entrance , (lobby) is attractable. wonderful room decorations and the rooms is large too. Even the café and the pool facilities looks great.

Excellent services from the staffs on duty. Straight SOP implemented pertaining covid19. Enjoy the facilities especially swimming pool and breakfast at the coffee house. Nice decor at the main lobby and guest room.

I Had a fantastic stay at Bespoke Hotel Puchong for four days for work. I loved the lobby, the room(spacious), the price(worth it), the breakfast(delicious), and how great the hotel's energy was, from how relaxed and comfortable yet fun the atmosphere is to the accommodating and kind staff. The pool was everything! The entire hotel looks clean, and you can find sanitizer in most of the public areas and, that is a plus traveling during covid. The location was perfect and convenient, just 5 min walk to train station LRT. I highly recommend it.

I came to celebrate my birthday few weeks ago and i was impress by the attentiveness of the staff to make it very very memorable. They even insist to buy help us buy a whole cake just to place it in the room before our arrival . And trust me their rate and charges are very affordable but with value. Yaa forgot to say that their rooms are huge compare to places that i had been.Will surely come back for my next staycation or special occasions .

This hotel is a hidden gem in Selangor. I really like their good hygiene controls especially during this Covid rampant period. As good as Singapore’s requirements. Ample parking spaces, big room and friendly people. If work brings me back around here again then this will definitely be my choice hotel. Sadly didn’t get to use any other facilities that they have which are all closed. Price is a bang for bucks on normal days I guess with a nice pool, nice restaurant and good location (sadly all are closed during my visit). My only comment is to get better TV programs (I spent most of my time watching streaming videos on my phone).

Stayed in this hotel for two nights for my trip to Puchong during MCO. This hotel customer hygiene controls were very good, follow social distancing, hand sanitiser well prepared, temperature checked, mask on everyone ....they really follow the SOP like Singapore, room was clean and spaces, big windows, nice view, these made be feel safe to stay here.
