Quiet place. Eateries available but not in walking distance. So only convenient if you are driving or be prepared for food delivery. Breakfast is included in booking confirmation. But it only available at 8am for my first time stay, not even provided for my second time stay (the following week).

Overall acceptable. The owner of the hotel is helpful, the WiFi system is superb fast and this is one of the points that carry the highest value. Room is moderate and it's size available for single or couple stay. The location is isolated but assure to get your own transportation else you couldn't get public transport easily.

The bed was nice to sleep. but air-conditioning not so good... there are no hot water pot inside the room, there also no directory call to front office or registration counter. there was a bit unhappy.

As my visit didn't need to be in downtown Kuala Lumpur and be near to my purpose I was advised to stay here.
A 3-storey hotel sited off a highway it provides free parking.
Though the standard room is basic the mattress is firm, the room clean and the air-conditioning silent.
The bathroom is of acceptable cleanliness though the shower curtain rail was faulty. Simple soap and shampoo are provided.
There is free wifi and the signal strength is of acceptable standard.
There is no room fridge nor safe, and no cupboard either. There are hangers on wall hooks to hang your clothes.
A water kettle plus instant coffee, tea bags and two complimentary bottles of water.
A cafe operates on the ground level serving local and western fare.
The nearest convenience store is at a petrol station, about 5 mins walk away. On the opposite side of the highway is the main part of Puchong, where eating places and small supermarkets are found. But you will need to drive over as the walk can be quite a distance.
Room rate is about Ringgit 80-90. The staff are efficient and friendly.

Room is clean and tidy, that's a good hotel to stay, 30 min to Genting highlands, nearby, nice stuff and nice manager, breakfast also got Nasi lemak, but you don't forget to booking for your breakfast, otherwise you can't get your breakfast,

Stayed here on a Friday night on 26 September 2014 in a deluxe room , RM 118 nett with breakfast . Not too bad but not that cheap too . This hotel is located off the bustle of Puchong but next to the Bukit Jalil Highway . They gave me room 213 at first but unfortunately the door cannot be locked from the outside upon leaving so I had to change to 217 . It came with a king sized bed and the bathroom / wc was ample . Can't complain but not that huge compared to another hotel in Old Klang Road which I used to patronise . Parking is free as it is at the end of a block of shophouses . Rooms are clean . Unfortunately the windows cannot be shut 100% . The sound insulation is very poor as you can hear your next room neighbour's TV . Bear in mind that this hotel is converted from a shophouse , if you get my idea . Breakfast is a simple local meal with a hot drink . Wifi is free and reception is great . If you need to have a snack or a quick meal , you have to drive , no F&B's are located within walking distance .
