Dirty room, windows can’t shut properly and can hear loud vehicle noises from the highway and worst, the Indian restaurant is right below and you can hear the staff cooking and customers talking loudly. The only plus point is also the Indian restaurant downstairs which is convenient to grab a bite when you are hungry.

We stayed on October 27th 2016 facing the road on the 3rd floor. Below the hotel is a 24 hour mamak restaurant. We could hear noise (not just noise but LOUD noise) all night through from the patron at restaurant talking, to yelling, motorbikes zipping by, honking. Eventhough we had the airconditioning on at full blast the noise is unavoidable. We had thought by 2 a.m the noise would wane off. Unfortunately it continued till morning 7:00 a.m when we decided we had enough and check out! No need to stay a minute longer! I don't know if you pick a room which is farthest away from the busy street and 24 hour restaurant would be 'quieter' The size of room was average. The cleanliness was moderate though I think the cleaner could have scrape off the dead flies or bugs (whichever) stuck to the floor. The curtains need to be taken down and washed. It has stains on them from I do not know what?? and smelled of cigarettes. By the way, this is a non smoking room but obviously management is not enforcing the rules. The hot water heater was quite scary being that the hose has a leak on the handle and was spraying water everywhere when you hang it on wall. They were very miserly with the toilet tissue when we asked for another roll and with another bottled water :'( The t.v channels are not all clear. And the airconditioner is positioned directly blowing towards the bed. This hotel has alot of potential. It has a good location except of the noise coming from the 24 hour restaurant below. Staff are helpful ... except for the incident with the bottled water and toilet tissue :P The proprietor needs to read the reviews and make changes to the hotel. And do please provide us with extra pillows upon requested.…
