Great location very near the railway station. Wonderful views from the room. Everything was as described. They had an English speaker on staff that really was helpful. Even took us up to Mt Naeba free of charge.
The staff were incredibly helpful and super friendly. We got free lifts to the cable cars which was extremely convenient, and meant we didn't have to stress about finding another bus. Going with Yuzawa Ski House was an awesome experience.
We booked a private room, hoping for some peace and quiet and a long day on skis.
While room was OK (small but clean, nothing special), dormitory was full of teens willing to party all night.
