We love the welcome reception. Buggy provided is convenient. Spacious rooms, nice deco and clean. Restaurants also provide good food. Love the lake view from our room (Pulai and Tualang room). If you're lucky and it's not a busy time, staffs can show you around the property. Good: wide array of activities can be done here especially for outdoor lovers. I brought my 6 months old baby and they're very accommodating. Baby cot provided upon request. Indoor activities like spa, swimming pool, boardgames, reading area also provided. Cons: breakfast menu can be improved. Taste wise is good. Monkeys are there, so be sure to secure your food properly.

We had a 3D2N Belum Discovery Retreat with all-meal-inclusive package. Our room type was Chengal Lake View. The room was spacious, the bathroom facilities were good. However, we found sewage smell in the toilet. With the price we paid, the items in the minibar was rather disappointed. In fact, the items were not replenished until we phoned them. We had problem with the room key card. I could not recall the number of visit per day to the reception counter to ask for a new room key card. The swimming pool is not big but overlooking Tasik Temengor. Absolutely beautiful. The sun loungers were quickly occupied in the afternoon. From beginning I was dealing with Mr Farhan from Sales department was superp prompt respond .The staff provided exceptional hospitality and I should thank to Mr Chandra (Front Office Manager). I went there for Company Team Building for 36 person and each of us had a terrific time with full activities. It was a wonderful place to celebrate a significant date coz the restaurant (Hornbill) Manager & staff even worked closely with my co-workers to surprise one of our staff with an awesome surprise birthday cake during our breakfast. We was treated sooo special from our arrival to departure.
