Great location in a island on a lake in the middle of Belum Rainforest. The rooms are nice, although you can listen to noise around them. staff friendly and helpful. The view of the lake is amazing and the pool location is awesome. Food wise there are some improvements do to. Very limited breakfast and menu for lunch or dinner. The tour around the lake is very very nice and provides amazing landscapes.

The only thing good about this place was the tour Termengor Forest Reserve. Hotel and staff don’t seem to like their jobs en there is no management at all. That’s a pitty because the surroundings are beautiful.

The resort's 10 minute drive from the boat launch is its strongest, if only selling point. The accommodations were okay, the dining hall food was good for a remote cafeteria, and the rooms were adequate. The AC quit working but hotel staff were quick were to address it, and occasional power outages occurred but that's to be expected. Enjoyed a massage at their hidden away spa at the back of the resort. Run by a charming Chinese family it is one recommended visit I would make.

This is a nice place. Staff was friendly. Room was adequate and quiet. We were there for birding and did not spend a lot of time on the premises. The dining hall was good, we had dinner and breakfast there.

if your travelling to fish or visit this incredible rainforest, older than the congo and the amazon. i would strongly suggest this hotel vs. other options stayed in this area many times the last 20 years the staff are all genuine and happy to help most reliable and trustworthy management of any hotel beautiful location great food choices even better rooms get a lake view room if available
