We stayed 5 days in hotel La Neige. We came for ski holiday not knowing that its the end of the season. Unlike Europe, the ski conditions were great but evrything felt diserted. So dont come after 20th March!!! We were pratically alone..... The Hotel was a greatb choice for us. We were upgraded to a room with a small...

This hotel has exceptional attention to detail. The staff are all so attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to help with any request, from booking a taxi transfer from Nagano, to ski hire, dinner reservations, local taxi bookings, local onsen recommendations and tour bookings. It made our trip a breeze. We were in Room 603...

We spent a week based at La Neige in February for skiiing. It's location is second to none with an easy stroll to the lifts. It's a beautiful building in a surreal setting. The standard rooms are small but more than adequate for our needs with updated bathrooms. The staff are more than attentive, although the restaurant does leave you...

A friend and I stayed for a week. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff helpful, went out of their way to explain the area, helped with restaurant and onsen reservations and each day suggested where the best skiing was happening. The breakfast and dinner were great and the wine list extensive. For fussy Australians the coffee was not espresso...

Our stay at La Neige was simply great. We had a 2 bedroom log cottage which was cozy and spacious. The staff was very friendly and highly professional, we were basically just treated like royalty. The hotel itself was beautiful, grand public rooms, two restaurants (the grill had a more extensive menu than I saw at first and the quality...

They are the best of any ski hotel on any continent that I have had the luck to visit. Just gracious and professional. They make it all work, every time. Plus, the food is good and, oh my, the snow. Thank you.

I go here every year, just went last weekend. I've been going for about ten years now, great hotel. It's a European themed resort, with a quaint lobby, warm and welcoming. Staff are great, they try their best to look after guests. I heard one guy trying to speak mandarin, apparently they are taking lessons to accommodate Chinese guests. Rooms...

We had an amazing 4 nights at this hotel . Staff went above and beyond every time they saw us, from helping us with ski rentals, reservations for dinner, onsen reservations, helping with our skis and boots in the morning and afternoon . The lounge area is warm and homely and has delicious chocolates, popcorn , biscuits to enjoy after...

An awesome place to stay for skiing - not ski-in ski-out, but just as good. Service is memorable! Lobby Lounge area is warm and welcoming, a great place to hang out, with fireplace marshmallow and other treats available throughout the day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - couldn't have picked a better place.
