We really enjoyed this hotel run by a gorgeous older Japanese couple. The rooms are traditional- we had to find our bedding and put it out at 2am in the morning when we arrived. The shower pressure is amazing! Something which 5 star hotels struggle...More

This place is magnificent. With 2 teenagers we experienced the hospitality at this hotel in HAKUBA. Futon beds to set out and put up everyday in warm rooms that were serviced every day for towels and something added each day e.g. Apples or sweets, perfect....More
