We were hesitant to book this hotel due to the lack of reviews.. but we were pleasantly surprised! The staff are amazing, discount lift passes, right near restaurants and shops, and the bus stop is just around the corner! After speaking to people we definitely made the right choice where others paid just under our price for backpackers where they...

The host is incredibly helpful and is literally a master Chef! Don't let the star rating fool you... fabulous place to stay with a quiet, personal, comfortable atmosphere. Close vicinity to convenience stores, places to grab a coffee, cocktail or beer and stops to catch the bus to your slope of choice. Has washing facilities, a Hot Spring and bargain...

We stayed here for a week in January and weren't too sure of what to expect based on price and pictures. The location was perfect and the rooms fairly spacious even by western standards, all the facilities at hand. The owner/host (Tucka) is a legend and looked after every request we had and was more than accommodating, we would book...

The that we stayed in was a good size, which with the help of the heater could make the whole room feel like it was 25 degrees (at some points you forgot how cold it was outside) it was extremely clean and the beds were comfy. It was a very lovely stay. Extremely convenient as there are restaurants all around...

This place is cute and has a great private hot spring. Close to the main street shuttle bus for ski mountains. Staff are very friendly and really helpful, they gave my girlfriend rides to the clinic when she broke her wrist and made our stay a pleasure. Would definitely recommend and we will stay here again.

Situated in echo land, this hotel is divine. The owners definitely put a lot of effort into the upkeep. Meals are delicious and the people (Takao and naoko) are incredibly friendly. Shuttle buses run from echo land every hour basically. You can also walk to nakiyama lift at happo one in about 10 minutes.

We stayed here for one night as we arrived a day earlier than planned and our lodge didnt have a room available. Lovely place, very neat and clean. No dramas with being picked up from the shuttle. While the host admits he doesn't speak great English he is more than enthusiastic about trying and knows enough to communicate. Private onsen...

I stayed at this hotel for a snowboarding holiday and found the place perfect. The location is right in the centre of Echoland with free shuttle buses 30 seconds walk away. The hotel hosts are very friendly and helpful. It's a small hotel and very clean and quiet. The rooms have small fridge, flat screen TV, desk, and even heated...

Hotel is in Echoland, which has it's own tiny Main Street. It's a little farther away from the action, but it's a nice area. Make sure you understand how the shuttle buses operate, and the times they stop in Echoland, you could end up waiting for a while before the next bus comes along. I seems like there are only...
