The manager Toshi and his wife Mayumi were fantastic. Their customer service, friendliness and assistance made our week. We had a group of 8 and they were available to drive us all around the valley in their mini van and then came to pick us up whenever we called. The accommodation is traditional Japanese in our cottages but the beds...

10 of us stayed in a Japanese style cottage while skiing. The cottages are in the middle of a lovely park in a tree-filled region of Hakuba - there was plenty of room for the kids to race around the garden in the snow and burn off energy. And despite feeling like you're in the middle of the countryside, it...

A family of 4 went skiing and decided to have a cabin experience instead of a hotel. We booked a semi-detached unit and decided this was it. The host was kind enough to greet us at the train station and got us to the cabin. Nice start! Check in was quick and smooth. The host then helped us to book...

We loved our stay here over NYE 2015. An absolutely faultness stay! It's a large 2x1 cabin within walking distance to the Happo-One Adam Gondola. And the owners are so lovely! We arrived separately at Hakuba Station, and they made two trips to pick us up and drive us under 10 minutes to the cabin. I think there are only...

Run by Mr Toshi and his wife this group of Log Cottages provided us with a very clean and comfortable stay. Located in Wadano not far from the Happo Adam gondola, the surrounding forest of trees and quiet location was superb. We stayed in Cabin E which sleeps 10 on tatami mat floors and futons which were very comfortable. It...

I am so happy I decided to cancel my cheap accomodarion and book here instead! (Still for a very good price) The room is fantastic, heated floor and a warm heater, we were never ever cold after a day in the snow! This was my first experience with traditional japansse beds and it was by far the best four nights...

we stayed a week in Cabin F with adult kids and had a GREAT time. Toshi and his wife are great hosts, helped us get groceries, ski gear, and prepared us a very special Japanese dinner Access to the Ski area is easy via the Inclinator from Epoch to the Gondola area. Private hot baths a great experience in the...

Location is brilliant for skiing. The cottages themselves are quite small. There's a tiny kitchenette/lounge area just big enough for four people to hang about. You can make breakfast there but that's about it. Upstairs is a sleeping area and noting else. There's also a lovely little onsen that you can rent for 2500 yen per hour. After the day...

Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will defiantly come back. Everything was perfect. We enjoy very much. Relaxing onsen was nice! Close to gondola just 1 minute walk. The cottages have warm floor. Felt like home!
