Look no further for an amazing ski lodge! My partner and I stayed at the Aqua Alpine hotel for 6 nights with 6 other friends as well and all I can keep thinking about is how impressive every aspect of this hotel and its services are. Organizing and leading up to the trip was a breeze because Josh who assisted...

The Aqua Alpine Hotel is located incredibly close (~5 min walking) to the Hakuba Goryu and Hakuba 47 ski areas. All the staff speak English, and are incredibly kind and helpful! The rooms are large and clean, the lounge area is beautiful, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The hotel onsen is also a great way to relax after...

We stayed six nights at Aqua Alpine and skied at Hakuba Goryu. The hotel itself is only about eight minute walk to Hakuba Goryu resort, but the hotel offers free shuttle rides anyway to and from the resort so you don't have to carry your skis or snowboard with you walking up. They also offer free shuttle rides to other...

Feel confident from the minute you book with these guys that you will have a great holiday. Thorough correspondence prior to travel was equalled with attentive service on arrival. Sam, Josh and the team made sure everything ran smoothly, nothing was too much trouble. This is the place to go if you have young kids up to teens. They are...

Best service we have ever recieved in a hotel! My Family (two adults, 4 children) chose the aqua alpine for our first snow holiday in Japan, because of the english speaking staff. But we found the best treatment we have ever had from a hotel in any country. The manager was very accomodating to my oversize family and worked outr...

They were all very helpful from the time I made my first enquiries till the moment their shuttle bus took us to the railway station for our trip to Kyoto. Our mountain room was very clean and spacious. They organised my...

We stayed 2 nights in a Garden Suite and 3 nights in a Log Cabin. From...

We had breakfast included which was 90 seconds walk from our cottages. Sam and Josh have been very great helping us. They booked the ski lessons for the...
