We had such a good time at Snowlines Lodge! Stephen, Sarasa and their staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with an ensuite. There is a lovely lounge and bar area to relax with other guests. Snowlines is in a great location, easy to get to ski fields and some fabulous local restaurants. The staff can...

We enjoyed the 6 night stay at the Snowline Lodge. Steven and Sarasa were fantastic hosts and together with their crew made our stay a great experience. We got good advise on the best spots to ski and Steven used the lodge's own mini bus to drop us off in the morning. The lodge has a nice communal area with...

Stayed for a week over Xmas 2016 and I can't speak highly enough of the lodge, the owners and their staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they all went out of their way to help in any way they could. James the barista and barman makes the best moccas and cocktails! Sarasa, one of the owners, gives Japanese cooking...

We went here for a sushi making lesson and the hosts collected us from miles away, were genuinely friendly and made the whole session absolutely brilliant fun! When we were there we saw the accomodation and common areas which looked amazing, common living room with lovely sofas and a bar for adults, we will definitely stay here next time we...

Myself and a group of 16 friends stayed here for the last week and had an incredible experience. It is run by Stephen (Australian) and his wife who is Japanese, so you get the Japanese experience with an English translation. Good sized rooms with big communal lounge areas (with a bar!) where we do all congregate each day. Stephen was...

The biggest standout from my stay at Snowlines lodge was the friendly service; from Stephen picking us up late from the train station, to James (+ Crew) friendly service throughout the day. The staff will do their best to accommodate you and it doesn't feel forced, they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The lodge it self is well...

We visited Hakuba for ski in March and returned with the hope for more snow between Xmas and New Year. We were lucky with just enough fresh snow to enjoy a couple of days on the slopes and again, really glad to have selected Snowlines Lodge for our accommodation. Friendly, family atmosphere, great food with Sarasa's Sukiyaki and again some...

Lovely hospitality from staff, cozy lounge/bar and bedrooms. Nice breakfast in the mornings with fresh fruit. James makes a rather good flat white for getting you going too! Great location by/near bus routes to resorts. And, for those tough days...the onsen.

Stayed for a week in February 2016 with our 9 year old. Steven, Sarasa and staff provide an amazing experience. Understated service throughout our whole stay. From early morning to late at night there was always someone from the Lodge ready to assist. From Steven or one of the other staff to drive us to the snow each day, man...

Stayed at Snowlines Lodge last week. What a cosy, welcoming place! Steven, Sarasa, James & Koshi (even baby Joe) were so incredibly welcoming and helpful. It really felt like we had been welcomed into their home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they all obviously took such pride in their facilities. The facilities are impeccable, from the gorgeous...
