1. Staff are amazing. They go above and beyond.
2. Location is near the slopes. Can walk to chairlift. Bus stop outside. Ski hire place in the car park.

Rick ... no idea. The problem was more the fact that you had a couple hundred people fighting over the limited facilities - a problem exaggerated by the broken machine when we were there in January. Better bet is to go to the coin laundry - located up the road from the train station. More machines, more room -- and like we did, you can anchor your washing around either some dinner or some shopping (supermarket in walking distance + shops like Patagonia). Its a taxi ride to get there and back, but it all works.
