My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights in January for a ski holiday. The hotel itself is located a bit out of the way, and is fairly secluded. It is closest to the Tsugaike Kogen (fantastic slopes for beginners) and Iwatake (which we didn't visit due to the conditions). It is also not too far from Cortina, but...

We stayed here almost a month ago and had the best time. Everyone there was so nice. The setting was so relaxing - there's classical music playing in the lobby and mulled wine. The concierge helped us make a dinner reservation and drove us to the ski mountain when we just missed the shuttle. It was such an unforgettable experience....

The hotel is about 15 minutes north of the town of Hakuba. This was the best place I could find short of some other 5 star options that mimicked French resorts (that served French food). Since I was looking for a Japanese experience, this is one of your best options in Hakuba. The hotel itself isn't big and feels quite...

I stayed here during my family's recent trip to the Hakuba area. I chose this hotel after doing cursory research and decided upon the Sierra hotel based on TA reviews. We had a memorable time, and our stay at this beautiful hotel really made our vacation. We arrived too early for the check in time so we happily enjoyed the...

I visited this hotel with my son for 6 nights . The hotel was a fairyland and a delight to come back to after a day skiing. Ski hire was easy at the resort and lift passes a good deal at reception. As the resort is a little way from most slopes it required a shuttle/ it was a little...

Most memorable experience with Hakuba Resort were its twice daily free shuttle buses to the ski slopes, the free snacks to welcome you after a day at the slopes, and the onzen (hot springs) to sooth those skiing muscles to prepare you for the next day.

We stayed here for 6 wonderful nights, from the moment we checked in we fell in love with the place. From the wonderful wonderful staff to the amazing ambience of the location. The rooms are a decent size, the lounge to relax in is so stunning. Floor to ceiling windows and free Beverages and snacks. I honestly cannot fault this...

Checkin - front line staff are very helpful and all ready to serve - checkin was a bliss, quick and informative on what to do, where to eat etc Transport - resort provides transfers to/ from train/...

Initially booked for 3 days but extended to 6 as we were captivated by the entire experience. Although the resort itself is fantastic- it is the staff that made us feel special throughout our stay. Nothing was a problem and we felt pampered during our entire stay. The pre-ski breakfasts were plentiful and on returning each day were greeted with...

We booked the Junior Suite for our family of 2 adults and 2 seven year olds. Plenty of space for us all. The bathroom is a bit on the small side, though it is just the shower and sink, so it wasn't cramped. The shower was amazing! The strong water pressure and on demand hot water was a godsend after...
