Stayed 1 night in December. Convenient location, close to the shiretoko national park. Dinner was excellent, with fresh sashimi, crab, fish, scallops, etc. Onsen was OK. Would recommend for nature lovers.

Very good location with a mere 3-minute walk to Utoro Onsen Bus Terminal. Just walk along a small passage along the creek right in front of the bus terminal, the hotel is on the right hand side of the creek. 3 convenience stores nearby include 7-11. Information center is opposite the hotel. All the sightseeing cruise companies are very close...

I booked this hotel via booking.com and before I went there, I tried to ring to confirm my booking and staff who picked the phone told me "No English". That gives me a bit worry. However, when I arrived, I found the staff over there speak relatively ok English. This is on the only hotel allows me to check in...

It looks like it was a very high standing hotel. The rooms are indeed very nice, especially the ones with the hot tub on the balcony. But the food of the dinner was very average and the view is not so incredible. Just a medium hotel, really not the best we had in Hokkaido (although it was the most expensive).

We stayed at Shiretoko Noble Hotel for three nights. It was high season and the rate was high. The bill was paid when check-out; the only hotel in this trip that take the payment at check-out; the others requested the payment upon check-in. This is the most expensive hotel we have stayed in our Hokkaido trip and the expectation was...

Hotel is new, spacious, each room has a balcony and ours overlooked the snow covered harbour with icy stream - a nice view. Staff was helpful and friendly, came out to greet us. Both breakfast and dinner were good, served with numerous cute and pretty traditional Japanese dining sets. Bi-lingual (Japanese / Mandarin speaking) staff serving meals with details. Onsen...
