The hotel was comfy and staff was helpful. I booked all of my tours through the front desk and they didn't disappoint. The property was well maintained and quiet. It's I'm the middle of a residential area and not much around to do but works well unless you came to hang out in a hotel. I never ate there for...

Nice hotel. Decent service. Nice pool. Secure parking. Rooms are roomy. Nice layout. Kitchen is small and offers some cooking utencils and pots and pans. Coffee was okay Because after 8 am I always had the bottom of the pot so get your coffee early! Only drawback, no ice machine. When I go back, I will definitely stay there again!!...

We loved every part of our trip to Costa Rica. Every place we stayed and every person we met was genuinely happy and friendly...Except Hotel Louisiana. Very strange and unfriendly vibe immediately upon arrival. Luckily we only were there for a night with early departure the next day. We left the premises as soon as possible to eat and relax...

I stayed for one night after getting into the airport very late. My ride was waiting for me which was very comforting especially traveling alone in the middle of the night. The check in was quick easy and friendly, and yes, you'll need $100 deposit. Breakfast was fresh and delicious!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The biggest drawback was NO ICE MACHINE!! Further, each day when I asked for ice at the desk, I was given a half filled small baggie and told that was all they could spare. I found that quite annoying. Also the shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cold. Overall the staff was friendly and...

You can get good deals on the internet for this hotel (and this is a major plus), but would recommend including breakfast in the room fee if considering eating there in the morning since ordering from the menu is expensive for what you get. Personally we didn't like the atmosphere it service, but everyone has their own taste.

My recommendation to anyone considering staying in Hotel Luisiana – STAY AWAY! And here’s why. We (my wife, myself, our daughter and her family) liked the location, the spacious rooms, the just-fast-enough Wi-Fi, so this last stay was our third. We did have some doubts about staying there after the bad taste in our mouths left after the second visit...

After a long day of travel, it was nice to arrive at a hotel that offered a friendly welcome. We enjoyed breakfast and loved the coffee any time of the day. Our group was arriving at many different times and the front desk was very helpful storing bags and letting us know how to find each other.

The hotel property was very average, don't expect anything fancy. The room was spacious, but had an unusual smell. The beds were too soft for us. There were no flat sheets on the beds. The bathroom is very basic, hotel provided hairdryer. Mini frig offered 2 beers, 2 waters and 2 cokes, (for a charge) and that was it. Pool...
