Alone in a great environment, we enjoy our privat as well as the common spaces. Our geman host is adorable. Even if not in the city, it's easy to reach Santa Catalina by bus or auto stop. the ratio quality/price is excellent

So thanks a million for making it possible to stay with you:-) The food is delicious and the staff a marvel. All very relaxed which makes you pretty...

I didn't stay there, but just visited during the day. The compound is huge and tidy, I saw one dorm which looked very clean. All facilities are great and it's very quiet. It's German owned and run (no more Italian run). It seemed to me like a German ghetto as there were even 5 volunteers working there. The "world-class" German...

I think this place may have been great at one point in time, but its heyday is over as it appears neglected. Not sure if this is the case for all of the rooms in this hotel, but the floorboards in our room were place directly onto the native sand with large enough cracks that bugs have free access into...

Dear Mobska, we are very sorry to hear about your bad experience in our hotel. Our cleaning ladies work very hard to keep our standards of cleanliness as high as possible! I can only explain the bad situation of your room with a misunderstanding of which room had to be prepared for that day. Possibly the cleaning ladies prepared another...

This great hotel is located a bit outside from santa catalina but that is no problem since they offer a good shuttle service. The rooms look nice and the furniture fits perfectly. We took the dorm and were surpised to find out that it there were only two beds since dorms are usually a bit larger. The different houses of...

This place is located right at the beach outside Santa Catalina, surrounded by beautiful nature. It takes some 4-5 hours to get there from Panama City by bus. The place is very idyllic, small cosy houses and a very friendly and extremely helpful host. The restaurant is great and offers reasonable prices (fish dishes for 10-14 $, drinks 1-3 $)...

I went diving for one day and stayed at the dorm rooms, with shared bathroom and no AC. Not need it, bulk bed was comfortable and with a fan was enough, At the dorm you had a kitchen area and fridge to keep food. Hammocks are available for a nice nap and reading area. Cabins are separated and so it's...

The Hotel was easy to find off the road from Santiago, located past rolling cow-filled hills. When we arrived and met the owner - Mick he showed us great hospitality! Equipped with many hammocks and comfortable kitchen and common area, Habiscus Garden also has amazing food at the restaurant. The location is magical and all the wildlife makes this place...
