I had to be in Brussels for business. This hotel was above expectations but there is a price you have to pay for that. Service is excellent and the location is perfect when you need to be in the office district of Brussels of the E.U. institutions. For tourists who need to be in the city centre, you can have...

Stayed here for weekend break - booked hotel through Eurostar website. Room very comfortable with huge bed and loads of pillows. Room and bathroom very clean and lots of nice products. Breakfast was excellent - enough to keep you going all day! I think it is quite expensive if it is not included in your room rate (ours was) but...

Booked for business. Impressive breakfast buffet variety and comfortable setting. Very attentive staff. Comfortable, relaxing lounge with good beer selections. Very tasty dinner entrées. Executive breakfast buffet on first floor. Fast and reliable wired Internet access. Reasonable international TV station/movie selections. Very comfortable bedding. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk offered us wine or sparkling water. She then advised us as to how to access the hotel parking which was both reasonable and convenient. Our room (62) was lovely, with elegant wood trim and an amazing view of a garden and courtyard. We went swimming which was a wonderful way to work through our...

I booked a three day, two night city break through Expedia and travelled via Eurostar. The train (from Ashford) was easy, quick and on time. There are no long queues and we only needed to check in 15 minutes before departure. We booked to stay at the Renaissance, mainly for the reason that it had a pool, sauna etc and...

Stayed at the Renaissance for 3 nights Thursday - Sunday late August 2007. Got an excellent priceline deal of around £30 a night room only. Room was big and clean, bed was huge with a mountain of pillows. Sparkling wine when you check in was a nice touch. Location was good for us as we prefer to stay a little...

We stayed at the Renaissance for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms are large and the beds really comfy with loads of pillows! The breakfast was fabulous and if you can get it as part of your package do so as it costs 25 euros per person when you get there. We actually preferred being away from...

A great hotel with lovely rooms and comfortable beds. Booked through Eurostar for second year running. Bonus of a pool too. From Gare Midi it's a metro hop to Trone/Troon or a bus 27 to Place Luxembourg which is very near to hotel. We like the Upper Town location and 25 minute walk to Grand Place. It enables you to...

After reading some positive reviews I decided to book the Renaissance Brussels for the UK bank holiday weekend. Room: Very comfortable bed, spacious, plenty of TV channels with multiple languages, decor looks a little dated, shower was disappointing considering this hotel is classified as 5 star. Overall though it was fine but more like a 3.5 star room. Hotel: Breakfast...

Stayed here for three nights, got a rate of 138 euros per night bed & breakfast for myself and my two daughters aged 15 and 12. We stayed in a club room which give us a free minibar in our room and access to the club lounge. To be honest the club lounge didnt really suit us, that was mainly...
