Very trendy hotel, I can best describe it as 'modern boutique'. Breakfast was moderate to good, but overpriced, isn't this always the case in hotels?! I loved the bed, it was the best I have ever slept in....since they also sell their beds, porcelain, ...I would def consider a Sofitel bed when mine is out of service :-)

I lived for one year in Brussels during my student years, so it always nice to go back and visit the once familiar places. I have chosen Louise area, as it is quite central but still away from the crowd you get around Grande Place, close to high end shopping (the sales were still on :) and only a few...

The hotel has a very trendy bar where you can have coffee, cocktails or even lunch or dinner. The decor is a Philippe Stark type environment, very classy and trendy. Menu is as you would expect in this kind of environment. They have a lovely terras in the summer. Staff does need better management as they tend to forget taking...

The highlights: 1. The staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful without being irritating. The concierge was knowledgeable and very helpful on each of the several occasions we spoke to him. They even sent some poor young lad into the pouring rain on New Year's Eve to fetch us a taxi, they really couldn't do enough to help. 2. The...

Lovely hotel and very well located, in the heart of the shopping area in Bruxelles. A 2 min walk from the metro stop and on the main shopping street. Hotel staff were very friendly and fairly helpful. We requested for a room that was on the quiet side of the hotel, so they placed us on the same side as...

Good location, lovely rooms (couldn't understand the tea bags with no kettle and a coffee machine only) service very slow in the Crystal Bar. Keep away from room 214 on a Friday as we experienced a night of no sleep due to the night club next door! Not only the noise but the base vibrating through to the bed. Room...

Very good beds and friendly staff. The rooms are a bed warm, but it is possible to use the airco or open a window. We had a room a the front side of the hotel, but we didn't hear the traffic. The breakfast wad superb.
