My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel greeted by a friendly receptionist and was given a room on the second floor (6 floors in total). We usually prefer top floor rooms as it tends to be quieter away from the street level, but we figured that a 4 star hotel in a developed city like Brussels would have good...

Very happy with this hotel and if the rest of the chain is like this one, they'll be a good choice for other cities. Room was very large and comfortable. Every bit as good as a 5 star. Easy access to local shops for water, beer etc. Also only 1.5 blocks from one of the best dining streets in Brussels...

For the money, this was a great experience. The room was quiet, spacious (by European standards), modern, and impeccably clean. The location was desirable...close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. However, if you are looking to stay or be near to La Grand Place, this probably isn't the hotel for you.

High standard of cleanliness and comfort in a reasonably priced hotel close to main shopping area. 20 minutes pleasant stroll to Grand Place and 20- 30 minutes walk to Gare du Midi (Eurostar terminal). Didn't take breakfast at hotel as very expensive (20 Euros per person weekdays) but plenty of restaurants and cafes locally. Bathroom compact but plenty of space...

The hotel is very close to all the known places you can visit. Nice, clean rooms. Quite road (almost only for pedestrians). The breakfast is above acceptable and the reception staff very helpfull. I would definatelly recomended the hotel.

This hotel is out of the way on a back street but has easy access to all parts of the city via the Metro system from Munthof or Louise stations. Reception staff very helpful and although we arrived early we were able to occupy our room immediately which was good. They were also able to store our luggage on departure...

I stayed at this hotel in March for three nights while visiting Brussels. There were several pros to the hotel. It was easy to reach via public transportation (though a little difficult to find from the metro stop the first time). The room was spacious, clean, quiet and very nicely decorated. I had a very comfortable stay. Also, the breakfast...

This hotel was the perfect place to stay while in Brussels for three days. It is right around the corner from a metro stop, it's located on a quiet street, and it's within walking distance of a number of important tourist destinations. And, at under $100 USD/night through Expedia, it was a real bargain. The desk staff were very friendly...

We have stayed in many hotels all over Europe and as we are very picky we are seldom totally satisfied with our accommodation. We came to the Stephanie not expecting too much but for once our experience was much better than expected. The hotel is very well situated for a walk into the centre, its very near the Palais de Justice...

Went with four friends for a bit of a belgian beer week-end. The man on reception on arrival seemed to be expecting us and was more than friendly and helpful. Ventured towards Grand Place area that evening, took about 20 minutes. Did most of the excellent bars in my beer guide. Had a great time and my terrible 'O' level...
