The room is very basic, with nothing but old white walls and a bed. Sheets had stains. Shower has a very weak stream, and the toilet didn't have a seat! Seriously?? If you want AC you need to pay extra 10000 pesos, but they don't tell you that it's only from 10pm and they will cut the power off at...

I'm not sure where all the positive reviews came from...none of them described our experience. We booked the place for the AC, and the fact that it had a "fun vibe with a bar and restaurant." We were the only people there for 3 days....it was like a ghost town. There was no restaurant and we were never even offered...

The rooms were ok, a little dark. The bar was nice, swimming pool is clean and well maintained. The price wasn't too bad but could have been cheaper for what you get. There isn't a huge choice in general in Taganga so this is probably as good as you will get for a regular matrimonial room.

Just a nice hostal. Good price, friendly staff, nice bar, proper Wifi, very basic kitchen in which it was hard to cook because of the unusually long wind season this year and they had a pool which we didn't really use.

The set up was just very appealing - very nice pool in the middle, nice bar area and dining area as well. Incredibly clean! At night, the environment is just perfect - makes you not even want to head out. There was an amazing chef when i was there- the food is cooked right in front of you and the...

This hostel is gorgeous! It feels like a resort - its surrounded by beautiful mountains and has a great pool, restaurant and bar. It's only 5 minutes from the beach front where theres great cafes and restaurants - especially Babaghanoush, Cafe Bonsai and Pachamama - easily the best food I've had in Colombia. Very clean also - only downside is...

Only stayed here for one night but did have a really nice time. The hostel is so pretty and the pool is huge compared to most which is great, however while I was staying there, there were building works going on so the noise was a little distracting from the tranquil atmosphere. Its a little far out, so if travelling...

I visit La Masia since my friends were staying there, the place was cool and so was the few staff I saw back then. After going to Tayrona and Cabo de Vela, me and my friend decided staying there for one night. While he went to the ATM, I decided to go and check in before. When I walked in,...

Pros: A pool. It's clean and refreshing and hits the spot. The lounge area and bar were nice as well. The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. Decent location just up the street from the beach. Cons: The dorms were small and sweltering hot. Too many bugs (to be fair, this was the case pretty...

I spent one night here and had a pleasant experience except for the fact that although I made my reservation at Hostelworld.com, the person at the reception desk could not find it, and fortunately there was a room available that I gladly accepted. This is a new construction and my private room was spacious and clean. The rooms surround a...

“I would pick a private room over a dorm. It's easy enough to meet people at the bar and in the pool, and it's nice to have your privacy. The dorms get cramped quick, and there is only one bathroom for 6 people.”
