I have stayed at Kasauli a few times but this experience was so much better. Trust me, this resort is located at a heavenly spot in Kasauli hills and it’s almost away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The resort is humble but has everything that you may want during a getaway time.
Though the nearest from Parwanoo side yet its not good. Can be thought of for a short stay and that too without food. I am sorry that i am criticising it. The food aspects are big rooms, nice terrace, table tennis area and ease to visit this place.
My stay at bird's view resort was amazing. The place was clean and beautiful. The best part of their resort were the rooms and the view from their balcony. Staff was polite and helpful. We were skeptical about the food but the food was tasty.. I ordered many items and not a single item disappointed me. Overall, my stay in the resort was fulfilling and I totally recommend it.
We stayed here for 4 nights, in their super deluxe room. (Go for the room “Dusk” to experience the sunset and valleys like you’ve never before!) The staff is extremely well. We had the waiter “Khush”, who was very well behaved and the service was top-notch. The food is reasonably priced and is fresh and very tasty! You can even ask them for modifications (for example, stir fried, instead of deep fried. Etc.). The overall experience was beautiful. Will definitely recommend for a quiet and peaceful weekend getaway.
Excellent service n staff is very cooperative & the guy named Kush is very sincere and good in service and the owner is very gentle n rooms are also neat and well maintained...view from the hotel is very nice ..
The hotel is located at a short distance of approx. 2 km from mall Road. The views from the rooms are excellent and dining experience from the open roof top restaurant is an incredible experience with valley to gaze at while you have food. Staff is very polite. Definitely worth a stay and highly recommended.
Location and staff cannot compensate for terribly worn out hotel sheets , bed mattress and worst it's towels which are filthy , not just dirty . Someone needs to teach them hotel running .There are no showers in toilet bucket only to take bath ! .My deluxe room and broken toilet seat with miniature soap bars ...so much effort is made to save money for hotel owners which they well should take effort in providing services to the guests . It seems the hotel is more running with day time several times over renting the room . The hotel staff was very polite and did provide fresh washed clean towels when asked .We stayed 2 nights and they did not have resident chef !Very bad food. Breakfast omelete even was not made properly the first day . They have to upgrade their room provisions . Erratic wifi .…
Rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very courteous. The view from rooms is good. They upgraded our room also. Peacefull atmosphere. Good for those who want to relax and enjoy weather of kasauli
This property has the most amazing view in kasauli. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The balconies are huge giving plenty of space to enjoy the weather and view. The friendly staff is another plus point.
The resort gives you a panoramic view of Kasauli and the hills that will take your breath away. Staff and Manager are extremely courteous. Rooms are spacious with tea/coffee maker, 24 hour running water with gyser and satellite TV. There is also free Wi-Fi. What will dampen your spirits are the quality of food with very high charge. The chicken curry was grossly undercooked. There is no continental spread, even though their menu boasts of it. Also, they do not accept credit or debit cards. It's cash only. Pro tip: Choose the "Orange" room for the best view and amenities.
