I have stay with Ramada kasauli the entrance was very strep But the location of the rooms was very beautiful. I have done the booking through Mr. OM he was very helpful and took very quickly chec in....i order some food the food quality Delicious 😋.. over all experience is very good..i recomend all my friends to stay in this property... Thanks for a wonderful saty Ramada all staff..

Amiable and hospitable staff. Must visit. Good rooms with a very good view. Rooftop sitting is an experience in itself. Fooding needs improvement. Good amenities available. Good spot to have an all round visit of Kasauli. Must try out place

They are so so sooo inspired by western world that they won’t play a Hindi song after multiple requests made. Reason behind : They say their SOPs don’t alloy them do that even on 75th independence eve🇮🇳 Kindly get this marvellous SOP out of your management books 🙏🏼

It was one of the worst Experience i had when it comes to family security & Privacy. Stayed in resort to attend the family function. All the marriage arrangements was in the Resort. During the marriage function dated 15 Oct. while our family was attending the function one of their room service staff entered my Room no 311 using the master card which was given by the reception staff in the mid of the night. When i asked the reason it was told that they have to remove the BED which they parked it in front of my Room. God knows what was the intentions??? as removing the bed in mid midnight was not an EMERGENCY. This type of security breach never happen with me in last 14 years of my travel HISTORY. However me & My family is SAFE . It is Beach of security and trust. How come some one enter in your room in the midnight, BEING marriage function in which all the valuables were kept open in the room ????? When asked no one had the answer / Reception staff is HORRIBLE / useless no revert received till i moved out from the RESORT. HIGHLY NEGATIVE Customer Experience…

The best place to stay in quiet and clear environment. You can really hear the sparrows, the wind and see the clear sky . The staff is amazing as is the food. Mr. Bally (F&B) as he is fondly called is amazing along with Mr. Divesh & Ms Shikha in the Front Office. Ms Pooja, Ms Anu & Mr Manoj at the restaurant are cordial and prompt in their job.
