‘Dreadful’ is the word for Kasauli continental resort. Absolutely ruined my vacation. Customer service, empathy, politeness, courtesy are the big words that the team never heard in their entire life. Go ahead and book if you want to make your life miserable ‘while’ on vacations, because people will not even bother listening to you even after calling out 10-10,00000 times. Special shoutout to the owner of the property for crossing all limits of unprofessionalism and setting new standards on how not to behave with the guests. Good luck to you guys running your little sh*t show, it's about time you can cover with fake views and engineered photographs because PEOPLE WILL KNOW !!!!!!!!

Stayed with family for 3 Nights in a Super Deluxe Room. The Hotel is at a very good location surrounded by pine trees. The mall road is slightly away, which is good. The room had good amenities. Food was delicious. Staff was very cooperative and courteous. Mr.Brahm Singh needs special mention. He has a pleasant personality. He was very helpful and understanding. Would like to visit again.

This is 7-8 km back far from kasauli on kasauli road. They have parking space , good staff and hotel is in budget with balcony rooms. Rooms are clean and bathroom is good and spacious. Looking for budget hotel and some peace will recommend this place.

I stayed in this hotel with my family....Such a romantic hotel with beautiful location, amazing food specially paneer butter masala with lacha paratha and Shubam is most courteous staff in this hotel...Definitely we will stay again..

If you are going to Kasauli for business purposes when you are only bothered to just stay in the room for overnight, then only consider this property cause rooms are just okay (but have old towels, NO toiletry etc) For Holiday, this is Bad location. Very close to main highway and far off from markets and other attractions. For leisure, they don't have any activites, view and terrible staff to serve you. Horrible food. Be prepared to have breakfast with total of 3 items. We were a Corporate group of 17 people. For a small exercise where we needed some paper sheets, we were asked to pay. At breakfast, if you wished to pack parathas in foil, the waiters have been trained to Bill them in room.. Net net it's an experience which can't be explained in words.. all I can say TERRIBLE!

Dear Guest, We don't understand that you are on a leisure trip or corporate. About toiletries Its available in every washroom if you need more you can ask.We provide fresh washed towels to every guest. We don't know which type of location you want close to highway and market or far from. First of all you have to make mind about location. Thousands of people's are visited our property and enjoyed their stay. For leisure you can have a good walk and have meditation too We have adventure Activities which is not included in your package and also Indoor and Outdoor Games big lawn to have some relaxing experience. Our dinner timing is 8 to 10.30 PM still our staff is serving you dinner till 12 midnight. You have a standard breakfast plan of 5 items which is already send before confirmation of your booking. Here you mentioned that food is horrible still you want to pack buffet breakfast items to make PACKED LUNCH. As per our policy food cannot be taken out when dining on food from the buffet. And if you want separate items for every person then we recommend to have ala carte not buffet. About paper sheets you asked for half rim of paper sheet for only 17 people thats why it was chargable. We are satyed for 2 days / 2 rooms with family. The rooms we satyed were as good as new, nicely maintained . From check in to check out satff member greets you with a smile face and makes you feel valued. It was great being here! Lovely facilities provided! And very good response seen by the staff members .
