This hotel has beautifull, clean rooms right at the beach, with spacious porches. It really made me feel as If I were in paradise. Staff is very friendly. Be aware off the monkeys; it seems nice but they will try to take your stuff. The exterieur needs some maintainance, but I didnt care while my bungalow was perfectly fine and... More

Siam Beach Resort is a budget resort on Ko Kut's Bang Bao Bay, which is also called Siam Beach, hence the name of the resort. The resort consists of individual chalets. An air conditioned one cost us Baht 900 a night, which we considered a bargain, given the location right on this fabulous beach with its pristine crystal clear water.... More

Compared to other accommodation on this island, you really can't beat this place in terms of value for money. It's right on the beach, and it's a lovely beach. Staff are friendly and seem to be generous. The sea is crystal clear - swimming across the bay and jumping off the piers was so much fun. We had a brilliant... More

Good for kids as mostly calm water. Good snorkeling on south point, one of the dive boats anchors there. Food is a bit expensive and drinks are a lot more than other places nearby. Rooms are clean and bright, a lot are double rooms so you hear what your neighbors are doing.

Nice food and sea view. The beach is next door. People at the resort are friendly. I can rent a motorcycle for sight seeing at the resort. Very easy. The location is ok. But there are many ants inside the room. Besides, water speed at the toilet is a bit low. However, worth to relax here!

Siam beach resort is located in a beautiful and quiet little bay with a lovely beach. This makes it's overall rating just above average. The cabin (2000B a nighy) itself was overpriced for what it was: 6 concrete slabs with a shower, filthy bed and noisy AC. Breakfast and personell were just okay.

The location could not be better. Stunning beach. The huts are shabby, but spacious. The resort as a whole is also a bit grubby. The restaurant is a major disappointment, we didn't eat there. But I would still rate it as one of the better places to stay on the island.

Many people on TripAdvisor have confused this Ko Khood place with the Siam Beach Resort on Ko Chang. First of all, there is NO pool here. The 1400 baht we paid for our hut was a rip-off. The hut is falling apart, holes in the mosquito net, holes in the walls, dirty and chubby. And the roosters are waking you... More

Room was very unclean - mosquito splatters all over walls and bathroom was filthy - dead mosquitoes on soap, blood stains on tiles and shower drains directly on to ground outside. This was not their cheapest rooms either! Also the buffet breakfast has flies all over it. On the positive side we saw no live mosquitoes in our room, air-conditioning... More

I think its not a resort . Bathrooms are very bad . They don't clean the rooms . When we want sheets they said we dont have . Beds are unconfirtable . Something in the bad and eats your body . In the bed too much sand . In restaurants too much musk. You can't eat anything . Massage is... More

“This is not a tip about the room, but about the island. One the last day we decided to explore the interior of the island, and it was an amazing experience. As one climbs the hill behind the resort ( which is concreted ) we walked through a rubber plantation, which was an interesting experience. There are also mopeds for hire if one wishes, but we walked, and loved the experience. Just ensure You have decent footwear.”

“There is a very big difference bewteen all the accomodation so check carefully before choosing. There are concrete style building at the back of the property, some old and some new. The other accomodation is beach bungalows, again some old and some new. You can also hire motorcycles and ride around the island from this resort.”
