Disappointing at best; price-service ratio way off. Room beautiful, food mediocre and way overprized. Spa area in desperate need of repairs. We planned a 2 night stay and ended up leaving after one night. Simply not acceptable to pay 420 Dollars per night for a king bed with breakfast and dinner included.😟 Tour guide book presented it incorrectly!

We spend 4 days there it was a wonderful experience, the people, the place, the food were great. I had a very good massage. The swimming pool with hot water was very relaxing. The hotel is very tranquil, you breath peace. If a could I will go back again. My husband went tracking to the Ventisquero and had a great...

We had a horrible stay at Puyuhuapi. After a long day of driving we arrived at the dock. and sat on a boat for over thirty minutes waiting for an employee that was supposed to arrive "any minute now". When we finally got to the hotel we were met by Ms. Paulina L. and were given a speech about what...

We spent two days in the lodge which is a very nice and a tranquil place. The reception and dining area have recently been redecorated and look very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean with a beautiful fjord view. The food is of a high quality and tastes great. Majority of people we dealt with are nice. However, getting there...

In the core of Carretera Austral, a pioner way through forests and fiords. We lodged five nights in the hotel, located at the end of a fiord. Day activities: centennial cold rainforest walks and an impressive snowdrift at the end of the 2 hours climb (medium difficulty). Thermal pools along the beach and nice and well served spa. Excellent cuisine...

Its hard to believe you would find somewhere as nice as this at the end of a dusty gravel road. After a long trip on the Carretera Austral we spent four nights here to relax. The fact that they bring you in on a boat is exciting on its own. The rooms were comfortable, the food was good, The staff...

Excellent food at the restaurant, relation between quality and price is very good. Service was perfect all the time. The thermal water pools are in the middle of the forest and also with an spectacular view of the sea. Other pools indoor are spectacular too, with great service, different temperatures in each pool and beautiful architecture.

Our journey in the Careterra Austral in April 2013 ended, quite fittingly, at Puyuhuapi Lodge. That's because of the Lodge's magical setting, in the blue waters of a Fjord, surrounded by a lush green bush jungle. The lodge itself can be accessed only by sea, so the excitement starts even as you board their boat at Puyuhuapi village - do...

We loved the Thermals in the hotel. They are outdoors at a deck by this stunning fiords. The rooms with view are also very inspiring and cozy. The food could be better, although the breakfast is perfect, with home made whole breads. We crossed the channel on kayak in our way back. It was pretty difficult due to the tides...

We had a wonderful experience at the Puyuhauapi Lodge and Spa between Christmas and New Year! Our group of 13 enjoyed every part of our adventure. We chose the all inclusive 4 night package and found it to be great. The service is tops! Anything we needed or asked for was accommodated immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful. The resort...
