Oh what an amazing hotel it was… we stayed there for 4 nights… fabulous food, fantastic views , amazing staff and kids zone was spectacular…. Best place who want to be away from hustle bustle life for some peaceful days…. It was the right choice for spending time with your loved ones…
Definitely will be talking about this place for years to come. Its truly one of a kind property. Its so beautiful, peaceful and mesmerising place to stay with Glass roof bar, himalayan view restaurant and amazing rooms. And the most important part of the property is their Manager and whole staff who are very much cooperative and humble i would say. Met their owner as well in Wine and cheese tasting festival who really has a personal touch with his property. Hope to visit them again soon and for you all perfectly recommended to stay🤟
One of the nicest hotel experiences I've had in a while. The place is so well made, every nook and corner tastefully and thoughtfully done. We went for 2 nights but really wanted to extend our trip. The food! So good! Everything that we ordered off their menu tasted superb and was freshly prepared. The staff there is so helpful and courteous. We had an amazing amazing time and will return for sure.
Our college Alumni's decided to have our annual get-together at this place. We were a large group of around 40 people and were afraid that the hotel might not be able to do justice to our annual event. The hotel staff not only did an excellent job but they went out of their way to make sure this event at The Nilaya was the most memorable one until so far. They arranged a live music band, cakes for celebrations, arranged bonfires and also the transport from stations of Kalka/Chandigarh as well as the airport. The hotel has a large parking area, breathtaking views and a lovely restaurant and a bar. One must not forget to visit the attic where there are indoor playing games, excellent seating arrangements and nice decor. It has an indoor as well as an outdoor dining area making a wonderful place to have dinner during a snowfall. The rooms are well laid out with large areas and well-equipped furniture. The garden and the seating deck outdoors are a choice in the morning. The lounge in the reception has a unique decor and gives a warm welcome to the guests. Our whole group was extremely satisfied and we returned with a smile and a big Thank you to the hotel staff. Mr Gyauru Thakur the General Manager and Mr Jagdish the other staff deserve compliments for taking extra pains to make our stay and experience the best so far.…
The service was commendable the staff was impressive .the rooms were not spacious and non AC the food was delicious. Tarush ,Raksha and Tenzine were very good Host . Breakfast and dinner was very good and healthy. Continental food was excellent .
Choosing "The Nilaya" had been the best decision to celebrate our 12th anniversary with close friends and families. All staff are always happily smiling to give you the best service. Food was finger licking delicious, recommendation is to try their local dishes and pizzas, all the food in the menu is delicious. Breakfast was awesome and freshly made and served. Mr. Uday (Chef of Nilaya) and his team have been exceeding the expectations. Special thank you to Mr. Gyaroo Thakur (GM) and his team who have been extraordinary in taking care of all small bits in the property. All in all it is a 5 STAR experience!!!
Highly recommended hotel in Mashobra 1) The hotel is at a very nice and peaceful location. The view from the room(valley facing room) is excellent. 2) The food and drinks are awesome. Food tastes really tasty. They have good options in breakfast buffet. 3) The whole property is very neat and clean. Property is very good. 4) The staff is very helpful and polite. Behaviour of staff is very good. 5) Restaurant and open space of restaurant is very nice. They also have kids area. 6) The rooms are very luxurious and specious. The window is room from wall to wall which gives a very nice outside view of mountains and valley. Keep up the good hospitality Nilaya 👍🏻 Looking forward to come again and have another pleasant stay with you.
If you look at the ambiance of the property then it rates at 4 star but there is literally no service. One of the owners was present on the property and it seems he had instructed the House Keeping staff to put basic necessities like a Bath mat also only when requested. Toiletries were also on demand. Breakfast timing was from 8-10.30 am but the breakfast was never ready before 8.30 am and at times only after 9 am. Can't understand why have the timing as 8-10.30?? Day 1 Sambhar was over before even half of guests had finished breakfast, the chef added water to whatever sambhar was left and served, making it unpalatable. Similarly if you asked for coffee or tea on the table, it would not be delivered even after 15 min. The tables in the dining area and the floor were dirty. The property which is tastefully built is being let down by poor service and trying to do cost cutting at the expense of Guest Comfort and hygiene. …
We had Chilli Paneer Pizza ( which was their special for that day ), a farmhouse pizza, a soup and pasta. Trust me everything was fantastic. it's a must visit place if you are in Naldehra. Smiling courteous staff, and quick service with s smile. We specifically called for Chef Pawan and thanked him for the Chilli Paneer Pizza ! Ambience is super ! An evening well spent.
Every trip creates memories and a stay at the Nilaya created many special ones. Away from the hustle of life, in the lap of nature we had a great family stay with hill view, sunshine filling our aesthetically designed, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with warmth and relaxation. The food was delectable and the ambience made us smile and hum with the chirping of birds. The staff was welcoming, polite and greatly supportive. Room service was excellent and cabs were also easily available. Garden, spa, attic, books, food, music, lights and the emerald canopy gave us one of the most peaceful and refreshing stays. The attic offers the most peaceful moments with an amazing view of mountain and valleys 360 degree which can be enjoyed with books, music or the various activities available. Guided walk under the starry sky, nature walk to the woods nearby and sunset view from the swings and seating area left us wanting to stay a little longer at this beautiful boutique hotel!…
