Safety is paramount in my adventures. Recently, during my stay in Namrose, I was pleasantly surprised to find that these needs were not just met, but exceeded. Younis and his team were consistently available, courteous, and respectful. Younis even checked on my well-being periodically, which was a warm gesture. I also want to commend Musaib and Tafeem for ensuring my meals were promptly delivered and tailored to my preferences. The Namrose team's dedication to their guests is truly commendable – here's to them, raising a glass in gratitude for their exceptional hospitality!!

Nice and well maintained place to stay, warm and courteous staff and of course, superb food!! The surroundings were beautiful. The rooms are cozy and well maintained. They have electric blankets which is used when the central heating system cannot be operated.

Lovely hotel and fantastic hospitality. It was a lovely surprise that we end up staying at Namrose resort after a long drive coming from another part of Kashmir. We drove for about 7 hours, starting our journey from Gurez, then going to Zojilla Pass, and return to Sonmarg. Beautifully decorated rooms. Very helpful staff. If you have to eat the best food in Sonmarg then Namrose is the place for you. Thank you for having us there and taking care of us. All the best.

We visited this place in last week of october 2023. The room is neat and clean . But the Service of this resort is very poor. We reached in resort at noon and i order lunch but they denied and said that the restaurant is in under work. I request to staff that my family is hungry where we wll go there is not other option of restaurant. They said we cant do anything u go anywhere. And room heater they said we wll turn on at 6 pm but they turned on in night at 8 pm and off at 12 am .and mirror of window is also broken. And i called atleast 10 time to staff plz do something but they didnt replied anything .Manager is also very attituted. Management of this hotel is not so good.Overall experience was very very bad.

Very stinky rooms, bathroom drain is open. Room is very small and does not have view. Staff is inconsiderate. We didn't continue our stay and checked out immediately. It is overpriced with the facilities they provide. It was raining when we checked in and they provided umbrella to walk us to our block.

Amazing wonderful peaceful stay at Namrose Sonmarg. The GM Mr .Younis is very friendly and cooperative. All rooms have all amenities and bathrooms are clean.All heaters are functioning properly and staff is very attentive and helpful like Mr. Shahid. The view from hotel is excellent and overall a lovely stay. Free wifi and parking available.

I stayed here with friends for a night and everything went well ! The staff is so humble and ready to serve you all time , special shout out to Amjad and younis from front office for their hospitality. The hotel is located in a beautiful location surrounded by amazing velly views. We will surely come back !

Visited this hotel in Sep 10th2014...that was the time when the worst disaster hit kashmir..floods.. We had been trapped in kashmir hitel for 3days...with much difficulty v escaped frm floods nd decided to spend a nite in sonamarg namrose hotel...we reached thr in the night..our rooms were not clean...food around, cigarette packets, broken bangles on the table, water leaking frm the bathroom....when v complaint to the staff thr (mr.younus)he said it ws us who spoiled the room with such aharsh tone...nd said to immdltly vacate the room. V did tht nd to our surprise he charged for two nights stay jus for 2hours time difference frm check out time...we said v r flood victims we dnt hv sufficient money all our belongings were gone...atms not working...but mr.abid said that floods r in srinagar not in sonamarg...such heartless ppl they were...we were 9ladies one man nd 2kids...but he didnt cared he jus wntd us to pay fr two nights.... They are not suitable to run this hospitality business.. Ppl who cnt show humanity during crisis they are not humans.. I WOULD STRONGLY SAY A BIG NO for this hotel....
