Chosen for its good location, close to the Metro, trams & buses & about 25mins walk from the centre. The staff were good, friendly & helpful. The continental breakfast fresh & plentiful. Unfortunately the building & rooms are very very tired.

This is surely the worst hotel I have been in my life. The room was filthy; there were weird stains in the pillow and blanckets. Door to the bathroom broken. The staff of the hotel didn,t even bother to remove old bottles of gel and shampoo, used by the guest before me, from the shower. The hotel was dark and...

As the hotel was almost half price in comparison to other choices I would say it was good value for money. Of course you get what you pay for. The breakfast was not spectacular but you could have as much as you wanted. The location was convenient and the rooms spacious. The hotel could do with redecorating as the ceiling...

We got the studio from this hotel at big discout from bookings, so I considered it a good option price-quality. We had a huuge livig room with 5 couches;bedroom with 3 beds, too big this studio for 2 persons, but who cares. We didn't use the kitchen; the bathroom was a litlle bit smelly; we had breakfast included-good :)

Where to start? From the beginning, I guess. The reception area smells of cigarettes and, believe it or not, cats. The elevator to the first floor wasn't working (missing button covered hastily with dutch tape), which wouldn't be a big issue if the stairs up weren't narrow, steep and an old mattress lied abandoned there. The room (actually, a 3...

Nothing wrong with the people or the location but the price I paid was ridiculous for the " class " of hotel. I never wanted to write a negative review and don't want to hurt any feelings but what has to be said has to be said : strange decor , smelly in places and very basic breakfast. Typical was...

The rooms are average size, sleeping was OK, and the service regular. It was pleasant stay, only the breakfast might be better. There are nice parks and other places around. At the first look you might be expecting something more but later you will be satisfied.

This hotel was so so filthy that we left the hotel straight after checking our rooms cause we could not imagine ourselves staying in such a dirty place. There were rubbish bags standing in the hallways, the rooms were not cleaned after the previous guests (we arrived in the evening), tables had dirty stains on them, bathroom was broken and...

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Near to the train, tram, church, restaurants, department stores and very accessible from all corners of the city. The hotel is clean and simple. The food is provided with the rate with variety of foods to choose from. The accommodation is spacious with living room, dining room and even kitchen. The...

We arrived at the hotel with a booking and were made to pay 400 euros on arrival for only 2 nights stay with 5 people. Ridiculous! There wasn't even any breakfast included. The ceiling lights were half off, the bed sheets were dirty, the mattress covered half the bed, the shower was broken, the tv only had French radio and...

“A single room with seperate toilet and separate shower and double bed and tv wifi on 2nd floor was poor but excellent on ground floor. my concern would of been if a mother and baby had booked this they could end up with no kitchen. so I find the advertising a bit false. and I was overcharged 50 cents extra for a bottle of small coke. 2.50 euros ”
