Mahua Bagh wouldn't suit your idea of an ideal resort with 24 hours of A/c,room service facilities etc but goes much beyond that, in the warmth and affection that the limited staff present provide you with. If you are too accustomed to sitting and chilling out in the confines of your room then this isn't a place for you,definitely not...

Mahua Bagh is located about 7 Kms short of Murud and is set amidst a farm full of mango and chikoo trees - almost 500 plus trees! The rooms are not sea facing but being close to the sea you do get the feeling of being on the sea side with the sound of the sea and breeze always there...

one should be clear whilst visiting that Mahua baug is a farm, not a resort. its about 155km from south bombay and will take 5 hrs even if u start early morning, with decent speed and a break for breakfast. its just after mazagaon village on alibaug-murud state highway. The approach is 1 km of dirt track, but motor-able. The...

If you're tired of the busy city life and need a peaceful getaway then this is the place for you. The location is remote and the road to get there is bumpy and horrible but the place is worth the trouble. The rooms are huge, clean and beatiful. The ocean view from the room is incredible. The staff is friendly...

Mahua baug was an extremely good experience especially with the family of 14 people... The place is almost like your own and can request your needs as desired, the manager is always at your service and really worth your while
