Villa Areto is the perfect location for your staying in Sifnos. The staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast (served until 11:30!!) comprises all the best Greek specialities and is offered in a very quiet sea view terrace. The little apartments and so the common spaces are furnished with great style, fully equipped and clean. You will feel safe,...

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Villa Areto for 15 nights in July and it was a stay we will never forget and will be repeating as soon as we can, hopefully next year! Everything about the place is superb but the most important asset is its people and the owners Yannis and Elena who know what Greek...

Villa Areto stands on a hillside overlooking the beach cove of Kamares on the west coast of the island of Sifnos, where the ferries arrive to the island. In Greek mythology, Areto suggests the one who guides, nudging me to gaze at the deep blue of the of the bay. Unlike many accommodations throughout Greece, each of its 25 rooms...

The owner is very friendly and helpful, he gave us many good tips on things to do and see. Also had some snacks in the lobby when we arrived. The decoration of the rooms and lobby was very nice. Room very clean and comfortable. No much of a sea view, but nice balcony. The island of Sifnos is quite fantastic!

We are surprised by the very positive ratings this hotel gets. Maybe we got a bad room, just facing the parking. Could be the the same as Hagenger? We were supposed to have partial view on the sea.. well it did not Deco is old-fashioned. Breakfast was good and in a very original dining room with a terrace. Host were...

Coming into the lobby/breakfast room is like coming into someone’s home. A lot of things everywhere. The owners are a bit distanced, not unfriendly though. The room we got was on the ground floor and on the corner. Everybody coming or leaving the hotel passed our room and "balcony". So we did feel we were a kind of an exhibition...

We visited at Aretos Villas at the middle of june. It is situated about two kilometers away from Kamares harbour, but this was not any problem, because the owners both get and take us the harbor. We had two rooms apartment with big balcony at the top floor from where there was amazing views to the Kamares village and the...

Location-wise it is about a 10 min walk to the port and 5 to the beach which is downhill to the destinations but uphill to go home in the evening. The beach is beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip to many islands. The breakfast is distinctly average. No fruit or anything hot or homemade unlike the other...
