This is a one stop B&B. They have a full bar facilities as well as a restaurant. The restaurant meals is awesome, awesome steaks and burgers. They just started upgrading their rooms which is a major upgrade. The B&B is an oasis in Queenstown. I will easily recommend this B&B to stay at. Easy and friendly patrons to deal with.

Spacious comfortable rooms, the ensuite had a shower. the bed even had an electric blanket on. They also have a restaurant on site that serves the most delicious steaks. My only gripe would be breakfast. They don't seem to be very organized in the mornings and some fresh fruit salad would've been nice.

I had to stay over one night in Queenstown, en route to Kings William's Town, on the night of 7 August 2016. I struggled for one hour phoning around, phones answered by people who cannot speak proper English and/or giving wrong directions. On phoning The Black Swann, Brent answered, friendly and in a professional matter. He made me feel immediately...

I must admit that I was surprised, pleasantly. The room was nice with a good ensuite which had a shower. Only downside was the breakfast. The fried eggs were slightly burnt, oh dear. The person who greeted us was very helpful advising us of how things worked in the rooms.

Spacious comfortable rooms, and travelers must make note that these are self catering units. There are therefore no cutlery provided. There are mugs for coffee / tea, and a microwave oven. There are good safe parking available.

Being a regular traveller to Cape Town, Durban and Joburg and staying in excellent B and B's in those centres, I was really dreading an overnight stay in Queenstown. A friend recommended The Black Swann. I was pleasantly surprised. A stunning B and B with comfortable rooms and a restaurant which surpassed all my expectations. The Black Swann will certainly...

What a gem. I travel to Queenstown every month for the last 3 years and have tried a few B&B's and Black Swan is truly a step above the rest. This is home away from home as friend hospitality is concerned. The rooms are trendy and very clean with subtle touches of elegance and quality. The food is magnificent so...

My husband and I spent one night at The Black Swann on a business/leisure trip. The supper was beautifully prepared (perfect medium rare steaks) and served by a lovely friendly lady. The accommodation was excellent. Beautiful, crisp, white, clean linen. Furnishings in the room are very tasteful and functional. Great desk for doing that evening work! The room and bathroom...

My husband and I stayed at The Black Swann for 3 days while visiting family in the area and we couldn't have been more pleased. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed and a large shower. We received a warm welcome from the management and were served an excellent breakfast in the morning. The B&B...
