We stayed 2 nights a this exceptionally designed and managed resort, built in to the rolling landscape of the Alentejo. We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived. It was spectacular with a private outdoor soaking tub and a huge indoor soaking tub, a skylight over the bed, every amenit imaginable. The restaurant was exceptional serving some of the...

L’and vineyards is just wonderful. We loved the starkness of the architecture and truly felt transported. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room (skyview suite) was huge and beautiful and very comfortable. One of the best parts of our stay though was the restaurant. It was simply incredible. The food was exciting and delicious and the waitstaff were kind...

It's a very peaceful and romantic place to stay. The staff are all very kind and professional. My bedroom was beautiful with a giant window above the bed. Just near the hotel you have Évora, a beautiful and historical city to visit, with all the regional food. No bad points to say. Just loved it

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were all very helpful and did all they could for us. João in particular was extremely helpful - which does not mean the other staff were not great, but I think his English was strong so he was often who we dealt with. The architecture is captivating...

One of the most impressive rooms I've ever stayed in and one of the best hotel restaurants I've ever eaten in. My wife and I stayed in one of the Sky View Suites - it was enormous with a very large living room, a bedroom with a skylight (which would have retracted if the weather had been good enough), big...

This hotel in a vineyard is very modern, peaceful and calm. Perfect spot for a spa and to relax and recuperate from travels. The room was huge, almost too big so that furniture felt dwarfed by room dimensions. Bathrooms way to dark, although quite large. The staff will light a fire in the outdoor fireplace at your front door. Lovely...

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, for the weekend. The location is fine and architecturally it is aesthetically pleasing. However, there are many details which make it undeserving of the price charged. For instance, the road access to the main entrance is a bumpy dirt road. The suites are clean and spacious but there is something missing to feel...

We rarely write reviews but on this occasion we feel justified in the following comments The hotel accommodation is fabulous, food deserves a Michlin star and the staff try very hard but We ordered a suite so that we could see the stars at night. We were given a control which enabled the ceiling to slide back however the first...

We absolutely loved the place itself. The room was the best we had on our entire three-week European trip, and we stayed in all swanky hotels. The pool was gorgeous as well. We joined in the harvest too, which was great fun. We picked grapes and took them from the field to the processing tank. We met some really nice...

In the middle of vineyards, a five star, modern hotel, with one-star Michelin restaurant and the option of wine-tasting short course. There are several types of suites, all in detached villas surrounding the pool. The suites are very big, different sizes, up to three bedrooms double bathroom apartments, with all services and beautifully decorated. Reception, the restaurant and indoor swimming...
