Can't say enough about this place, friendly, great value, clean and a beautiful setting. We rented a "cabin" rather than a room for a $10.00 upgrade charge, well worth it. Located just off the main road on Vancouver Island, food and gas available next door. Also about 4 miles to the water in Kelsey Bay, watched the salmon jump and... More

My wife and I stayed here for a night, motorcycle tenting. It was great and had everything we needed. The campground was friendly with everything from kid's playing to older ones chatting and laughing over a few beers. There's a store on site with anything you might have forgot, WiFi, and clean toilets n showers. If that's not enough, there's... More

Now known as Sayward Valley Resort , Fisher Boy provides all your needs in a beautiful area, the owner operator Terry is more then willing to look after you providing guidance to local activities, restaurants and fishing news . The cabins although plain Jane are very clean, have adequate kitchens and frigs, just perfect for a casual traveler passing through... More

We just came home from spending a week at the Fisherboy RV site in the Sayward valley. It is a really nice place. We stayed there last year for 3 days and liked it so much we came back for a week this year. The site has 6 cabins, some RV sites with full hook ups and some sites with... More

My husband and I camped here on a road trip up the island. The owners were awesome, suggested many activities for us as well as giving us a great site for our tent. They were very friendly. The facilities were very clean, and the rec room was great for when our tent got a little soggy from the rain!

I recently took my duaghters on a hunting trip to Sayward and stayed in one of their cabins. The place was super clean and very well kept and pet friendly! The owner was very freindly and assisted in making our stay a comfortable one. He let me hang my animal in his barn and helped me prepare it for transportation.... More

Our family of 4 stayed here in September 2012. We had been whale watching in Telegraph Cove during the afternoon and was late arriving - we had called to say we would be late checking in and was told happily that that was no problem just knock on the door when we arrived. We did this and was greeted by... More

I recently took a motorcycle trip with 9 others to Port Hardy and stayed at the Fisherboy Park. We found it most accommodating with rooms, cabins and campsites, all of which our group took advantage of. The owners were very gracious and attended to our every need. Rooms were clean, grounds were very well kept and the carvings were everywhere... More

We stayed at Fisherboy, Sayward for 3 nights when we were fishing and found the facilities to be very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a unit that had a kitchenette and it was fully stocked with pots, plates and cutlery. The unit was cleaned each day. We had problems with a wheel bearing on our boat trailer about 40... We stayed for 2 nights in one of the cabins. Very clean, well-kept facility. Very enchanting with numerous wood carvings throughout the park, and nice gardens. We were treated to a car show with entertainment, quite by surprise. We would definitely stay again.
