This place has spectacular views, a nice big restaurant, rooms with big jacuzzis inside and a golf cart to fetch you to and from your chosen facility. The staff service was ok, needs a little bit of improvement but they were all friendly and willing to help. The potential is there, just need a little bit more effort. To be...

Went here on a day tour for our company outing. A little apprehensive because of the mixed reviews on tripadvisor, but we went on anyway. It helped that we arrived at the resort early, as we got to choose our table and enjoyed the pools by ourselves. They have several pools of varying temperatures to enjoy. The place was clean...

We stayed here just for a night there were 9 of us and stayed in three cabana rooms our bill came up to 25000 which means per person was about 2700 which is pricey for the type of accommodations. Their coffee is ordinary, the bathroom toiletries are lacking and breakfast sucks! We were supposed to have breakfast buffet but because...

We celebrated my mom-in-law's birthday at this resort. The facilities were great, with a swimming pool coming from a naturally hot spring. We also had a private Jacuzzi in our room, which was big enough to accommodate 6 kids. The resort houses Pancake House, which is one of our favorite restaurants (yummy spaghetti and tacos, and pancakes that are much...

Before this recent trip, the last time I had ever been to Los Banos was over two decades ago when I was a student in UPLB. So when my boyfriend and I had to head on over to Los Banos for an overnight stay to attend a wake, I really didn't know where to stay. Way back in college, I...

We stayed here overnight and got the superior room with 2 twin beds for a family with 2 adults and 2 children. We paid an extra cot/mattress. We paid about $130 for one night. The room was small and tight and so is the bathroom. There was no fridge, hair dryer, nor ice bucket. The service was bad. We asked...

Clean, varying temperatures of hot springs, well-managed. We went for the day and paid the entrance fee of 300/adult 150/child then rented a cabana for 750. Ordered food from in house Barrio Fiesta, delicious. Wonderful view. Only setback-no lounge chairs! Hope this changes soon.

The pool area is a short walk from the rooms. It has a medium-sized lukewarm pool and then a few steps up leads to another warm pool, a kiddie pool area by the mini-falls and then 2 nice hot pools though small in size (so can get crowded). The cabanas come with its indoor jacuzzi that makes up for this....
