My wife and I stayed at the beautiful resort of Cape Fahn in Samui for nearly 2 weeks. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, We were looked after by all the staff and the accommodation and facilities available were excellent. We arranged, excursions and trips and the staff helped us through all of this arranging taxis and crossings with boat or truck. Security on site was excellent and entertaining to watch whilst we sat on our sun loungers. We would recommend this hotel and would encourage all those considering Koh Samui to experience the luxury of this hotel but also the real life, towns and beaches as well.

Wow what a fabulous place. Amazing location and tranquility plus. Ocean view villa perfect. No one could see in. Large private pool was fantastic. Decor/size and amenities in the villa were fabulous. The service staff were amazing! Sa, Manee and Keng in the restaurant. Neung aka beach boy was super! The massage ladies also very professional and great at their vocation. The twice daily tidy/clean/turndown service superb. I call them the fairies as you never see them but do a superb job. Security man so friendly and the tractor/bus transport gorgeous. Really can not fault the place!! Highly recommend for a peaceful relaxing time!

Cleanings terrible the food terrible location terrible the beach more than terrible i had it reserved for 9 days i had to cut the vacation on half. Here is proff, one star hotel not 5 star hotel terrible.

We are naturally sorry at the tone since I and our team members remember speaking to you on several occasions during your stay at Cape Fahn Hotel. You had made some remarks about the way some of our dishes were cooked or some special items like fresh oysters, which you wanted our Chef to order for you and it is our understanding that we made every possible effort to adhere to your requests during your stay. The weather was rainy during that time and you asked your travel agent (AS Travel) to be able to leave Samui and Cape Fahn early due to the bad weather. We have a copy of the correspondence with your travel agent. At no moment during your stay did you give us or your travel agent the impression that you were having a terrible experience at Cape Fahn Hotel. We regret that you do not seem to have enjoyed your time at our resort, but we would like to point out that our team made every possible effort to make you as comfortable as possible. I stayed at Cape Fahn Hotel twice towards the end of 2023 and must say that this is really the best all pool villa resort in Samui. The staff is very friendly and the food was great too. We would stay any time again.

The service is exceptional and the villas are fantastic. Highly recommend. It’s a very small boutique resort, if you are looking for a privacy and tranquility it’s the only resort to visit in Samui! My family had a wonderful time. We will be back.

what started off as a last minute trip to koh samui at a time when atk negative tests were still required to enter, ended up being a blessing in disguise. not only were we the only guests staying at the island (i booked the hotel at 6am the morning i was arriving in), we had the whole island to ourselves!! the hotel itself is on an island off koh samui approximately 50m away and in low tides we can walk across, and in high times we travel by boat. what an awesome way to spend the weekend getaway. the rooms were amazing. the reception immediately took upon our needs (and got the kids to enjoy the minute they stepped into the island resort). the breakfast was out of this world - we basically could order anything being the only guests there. there is nothing i could fault the hotel with and we look forward to being back!! unfortunately we wont be the only guests im sure!! fyi - we visited october 2021 (so the date travelled mentioned is a mistake)…

Amazing place where we had the privilege to end our Christmas holiday 2022 at. Everything from arriving to the hospitality center and transferred a short trip by boat, to the lovely villas with private pool and to the amazing breakfast was impeccable. The service throughout our stay was fantastic and staff was very helpful with any requests we had. The villas were very nicely decorated and modern, and with a separate private pool. The resort also has a spa and a larger pool and pool restaurant nicely located. At low tide you can walk to the mainland, and there are some restaurants and a larger beach. Also recommend a visit in Fisherman’s village. To mention a few of our favourite staff members: Sa (reception/lobby), Manee (restaurant), Pam & Dear (serving staff), and the elderly boat man that always had the greatest smile! We would definitely come back!…

Pi view and Pi nong (director of the spa department) had amazing services. We had an entire 5 hour spa date with aromatic steam, milky bath, aromatherapy massage, and a body wrap and scrub. We did the signature package and felt so relaxed! I highly recommend Pi Nong for her amazing massage and service. Kind, professional, accommodating, the list goes on. My partner and I had such a great time we will come back with our friends!
