The photos on the review are like the photos of MacDonalds Burgers - FAKE - especially the one showing a bed with 4 pillows and 2 cushions. Our - dreary - room, had only 2 pillows, when I went to the reception to ask for another one or 2 (for medical reasons), the receptionist, claiming to be called beer, said "$10...

Loved it here, staff were so friendly and adorable, pool area was lovely, so relaxed, rooms were great, clean, the bed was so comfy, massive, and the sheets were so soft! This was positive suprise! We didnt know anything about this hotel, but it was perfect for us. Atmosphere was good, and also staff was friendly and always ready to help. Pool area was pretty but quite small,so if you are sunlover, then you need to be ready and reserve sunbed early. Breakfest was ok, nothing special, but basic breakfest. It...

Samui Heritage resorted is tucked down a side street amongst some office buildings. It is really close to the Fisherman Village and the beach which is where all the restaurants and bars are. The staff are really friendly and were really helpful in organising a jungle safari trip and loaning us a DVD player for the room. Whilst the rooms...

Arriving at the hotel it looks really nice and the staff is friendly, but only one spoke a tolerable English. Rooms are nice, but not like the photos. Rooms are dressed on the photos but those dressings are not actually there when you check in, so the appearance is somewhat disappointing and bare. The finish is not top shelve and...

Unpretetious and friendly service. Spacious, well maintained rooms. We arrived late at night, and left next day to Koh Tao. Perfect for that purpose. Lady borrowed her own bike to us to quickly get breakfast before the pick-up. Recommended.

Samui Heritage Resort is slightly off the beaten track but well worth the find. It's location is opposite the "second entrance" to Fisherman's Village, down a small road and in a cul de sac. Simply cross the main road away from the sea at the second entrance and u will find it!!! On arrival we were greeted by the sweetest...

Before going, I read a review regarding the outdoor toilets and was not looking foward to this place. However it turned out to be very nice. It was in a good location beside fishermans village and 5 minute walk to beach. The pool was lovely. We had an apartment kind of bungalow with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the...

We stayed here in April 2012 - We were greeted with drinks while we signed in. The grounds and buildings were lovely. We paid £17 per night....£17!!!!! a real bargain, we were fortunate in that our room wasn't available as another guest was overstaying so they put us up in their top suite very very impressed - the beach and...
