Very well maintained Guestrooms and facilities are overwhelmed. Breakfast buffet menu has to be changed with new menu. Mr.Praveen being very helpful person. Overall I would rate excellent and would like to visit again .

Given our 100 to 200 nights per year of hotel stays we are practical in what to expect and appreciative of hotels that go even beyond those. We enjoyed our 5 nights here. It is next to Info/ software park, Kakkanad/Kochi. So relatively distant from Kochi but perfect if you are on work in Kakkanad. It is an overall practical, efficient property. Abhed, the lobby manager addressed our covid related requests with efficiency. Dinesh Rai, the GM stopped by to say hello reflecting the personal touch that the hotel believes in. It has a lovely bar. A loud gentleman was a bother but hopefully it is an aberration. Overall a lovely experience. Thank you.

I have stayed at four points 2 times during this pandemic.They have taken care of all the precautionary measure with international standards.Check- in was smooth and all the staff was very helpful during my stay there. I have taken their staycation package which is highly recommendable personally. I would like to mention @aneesh for making us more comfortable like home and love his hospitality.His influence made us to book again a 3 night staycation recently and thanks to Anushree for quick follow-ups and scheduling my booking smoothly.

Visited Four Points by Sheraton with my family and friends - on the occasion of my birthday. I was so happy with the service and food offered. The ambience was excellent!
