My husband and I got married here and it was perfect! It's such a cute hotel, with the most lush gardens and peacocks wandering around. I love that the location is off the beaten path. Our guests loved the location too! Michelle took care of all the wedding details and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The rooms... More

I spent 5 nights at Sweetfield Manor in April. I was travelling with two girlfriends for a little getaway and this was the perfect spot for it! The hotel is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and we were greeted with delicious rum punches. The beach was very close by and we planned our other excursions (catamaran, caves)... More

Just returned from a five night getaway with two good friends! This was an amazing treat. It is so unique and charming. We had activities everyday and also time to catch up. Outdoor movie night, afternoon tea in the beautiful garden and massages were a real hit. Lots of opportunities to see the island (rum tour, caves, beach time ,... More

We stayed three nights at this fabulous boutique hotel in March. It is a beautifully restored historic manor with wonderful living and dining room on the main floor, with original pieces and furniture that display island living, abundant with charm. We had welcome drinks on the verandah overlooking the lush grounds and gardens. The peacocks were a sight to behold... More

What a charming place! 7 rooms and friendly staff. The atmosphere was nice as we were "guests" in this mansion. It is an old house and you hear all kinds of sounds. There are peacocks in the yard and the yard itself is beautiful. We had a nice breakfast and loved the place. We stayed in the room called Bananaquit... More

We are just back from three nights at Sweetfield Manor and were THRILLED with our stay! This is true Bajan living! The manor itself is beautiful and the grounds are absolutely spectacular! Each morning before breakfast, we sat on the terrace and watched the property's peacocks in full display! This is NOT the 'cookie cutter' Caribbean experience! Breakfasts were a... More

We spent two nights here on our way to the Grenadines. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to settle into the island room and explore the property. The 4 course breakfasts each morning were creative and delicious, more than we could eat. We would stay here again if we return to Barbados.

Beautiful personal service with fastidious attention to detail. Arrived late and tired and were settled on the veranda and given a fruit punch. Room had period furniture entirely in keeping with the house. Breakfast was creative, beautifully presented and made with high quality fresh ingredients. Grounds were tastefully laid out with many shady spots. Lagoon pool was exactly as it... More

My family and I spent New Year's Eve at the carriage house at Sweet Field Manor. We loved being in the garden by the pool and seeing the fireworks and views from the elevated deck. The Manor house itself is very attractive. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were so friendly and obliging. I highly recommend this oasis on... More
