Hi, we tipped the porter who took our cases to our room, but he was the only one. We deliberated a lot as to whether we should leave tips. We really felt we should and there were a few who we felt definitely deserved it, but then there are so many more who work behind the scenes (chefs etc) who we never met and also deserved it. We thought about leaving a tip at the reception desk for them to divide amongst them, but who is to say it would get any further than the reception, besides, it wouldn’t have been enough to go to all staff. As it was all inclusive it meant it was very difficult to tip as no cash ever exchanged hands with anyone. So, rightly or wrongly, we didn’t, but believe me if there was an easy way we could have done it, then we definitely would have done. Sorry for the long reply and I hope this is if some help.
