There is construction which starts at 7am every day including the weekends so there is no escape. Breakfast service on one morning we went there was poor, hardly any food left even though we were well in time for the end of breakfast and no replacing or refilling anything, only forks available, plates and cutlery was dirty, rubbish over the...

Electricity went out at least 3+ times per day during my stay; the toilet was blocked as well. Someone came to fix it though after 2 days it clogged up again. Not to mention construction work started 7am on the dot everyday. What a relaxing holiday, NOT! This truly is one of my worse resort experience.

This resort has a lot of potential, as it is in a lovely location on the beach with lawns and bungalows, but it still has a long way to go. The rooms are poorly maintained and, as mentioned by other reviewers, there aren't enough sun loungers on the beach so you have to get there early to get your place....

Not recommended to stay in this resort, unfortunately one of the worst hotels that I have stayed in. The manager and the staff are a bunch of crooks. We were robbed and defrauded by the staff whilst we were staying in Arcadia. Expensive bottles of Champagne were stolen from us by the staff and the receptionist fraudulently ordered external items...

Stayed two nights at this resort, the room is classic and clean, but don't expect any good customer service. Easy access to the beach front, plenty of sun bed readily available for guests. Basic breakfast with nice beach view. Night market is just 5 minutes drive from the resort. Strong wifi signal.

Stayed at the Arcadia for 11 days. Location is very good. The beach front is good. Amount of sun chairs limited were reserved really early. So be quick before breaklfast if you want a chair. Breakfast was mostly the same for the whole week.

We had a great bungalow on the beach, huge room and bathroom got upgrade at discounted rate. The breakfast was ok. Garden area nice but they could do so much more with this place if they bothered with small details broken sun beds, mend them or get rid... Also rubbish at front of reception, little things that make a difference,...

The resort is beautiful and our room was amazing; we stayed in the family bungalo. It was stunning! The staff were attentive and friendly. As always there is room for improvement however. There aren't enough beach loungers and some are quite rickety and unusable. The breakfast was ok with a western and Asian selection as well as an egg bar....

Accommodations were very nice but try to avoid room 19, it is right next to the kitchen and there's a very loud noise at 4-5am when the staff turns on the kitchen equipment. Plus you can hear the kitchen staff and they can probably hear you too. Beach chairs were very nice and the staff was very nice but there...
