Stayed for four nights . Breakfast excellent and at a civilised time (8-10 am). Room clean and well equipped. Pam was friendly and had time to chat, even when we knew she was busy. Hotel is 20 min walk from town, though it is uphill on the way back. Will stay again.

On arrival in Ballyderrin House on a very wet Saturday afternoon my colleague and I were shown into the lounge and advised to wait for the lady of the house who ‘looks after the bookings’. We were informed she was out and would be back shortly. We duly waited noting that no refreshments were offered. A quarter of an hour...

I booked 2 single rooms for myself and a colleague over the phone. The house and rooms looked lovely on their website and they had great reviews on Tripadvisor. I asked should I phone before arriving as was not sure of the exact time but was told there was someone there all day. We arrived on a miserable, wet afternoon...

Big rooms, comfortable beds. The breakfasts are awesome - with many possibilities to choose from. Good parking. Restaurants are not far away. The B&B is very nice, beautiful surroundings. Very nice people. I strongly recommend this accomodation, you wont be dissapointed.

Myself husband & son stayed here for a night and were very happy. The bedroom was very big and the shower was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend it.

We stayed for one night midweek as were visiting family, my wife and I and my parents. Stayed in adjoining rooms at rear of main property - quiet, comfortable, and convenient - we were treated to a sumptuous breakfast in the main dining room the following morning, which was bright, spacious and with lots of period furniture on display and...

Big and comfortable bed, good shower, nice staff very friendly. We were in the second house of the B&B, what they call the "garden house" and it was really quite. The only point, is that is not walking distance, so you need a car to arrive there, but staff will help you to find taxi, and will recomend you nice...

Just back from a lovely stay at Ballyderrin House as we were attending a friends wedding. There was a group of four of us and we were all greeted with a warm welcome. The lady of the house was very nice and she couldn't be more helpful, such a lovely woman. I would highly recommend Ballyderrin House to anyone and...

Ballyderrin was a wonderful find for us on our horsey weekend. We planned on doing the Munny Trail and this B&B is placed conveniently to the venue and also to the town. The house is lovely and has a very relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are well appointed, bright and cosy and I have to say, I slept very well indeed. Our...
