Just spent 4 nights at this hotel, it is very basic but also very clean, the wifi is terrible and you have to log in all the time with a voucher, the hotel does not accept debit or credit cards due to the poor Wi-Fi so get some cash to pay the bill. There is no shower get or shampoo...

We have visited the Waldeck on a regular basis both on organised trips and under our own steam since Christmas 1998. The hotel is typical of the Mosel region and the friendliness of the staff is what one finds in Die Mosel Laender. The hotel hasn't changed in the time we have visited even after the tragic loss Gerhard (Gary),...

I don't quite understand the "excellent" ratings for this place. Yes it's quiet and clean, but that really should be expected rather than anything special. For €70 a night we got a large characterless room with an okay shower room, cheap bedding, a very basic breakfast and a hotel full of weird stuffed furry animals. Oh and I forgot the...

The hotel is on a secondary road away from the main route along the river, so it is a peaceful location, plus the rooms (ours, and most if not all of the others) are away from the road. Our room was large and had a great large balcony. But the bathroom was a little plain and you need to bring...

I stayed at this hotel over Easter with Newmarket Holidays. The hotel is in a perfect location with a short walk to the Mosel. Brigitte and all her staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast and evening meals were buffet style and very enjoyable, with plenty to choose from. I would definately like to go...

Brigitte and her staff are very helpful even down to cleaning a guests jacket that was covered in mud (no charge) we will continue to visit,...

As one of a large group ( 90 - two coaches) It was a most enjoyable stay for the three nights stay. On arrival the booking in went as smooth as possible bearing in mind the sudden arrival of so many even though the trip had been so well organised in advance. That evening a three course buffet meal was...

I am finding this hard to review but here goes, we went on a Rhine in Flames weekend with Leger coaches, after arriving late,in the evening we were shown to the room which we had been allocated and as always we checked the cleanliness of the duvet and I can only described it as filthy,to their credit they changed it...

Two friends and I stayed a few days in this hotel, and all I can say is that it was superb. (price/quality) Brigitte and her staff did everything to satisfy all visitors. We were bikers, but there was also a bus of elderly englisch people, so anyone is welcome there. We had a nice clean little room (single use) -...
