Rooms are big, the service is ok, and the small private beach is usually desert... all in all a great stay at Bacolet beach club. The breakfast at the restaurant next door is very good too, but it's worth exploring the rest of the island for lunch / dinner. The diving is amazing too :-)

I just recently stayed at Bacolet with my boyfriend for my birthday with the groupon option (which included 2 day jeep rental, with which we were very happy) We stayed for a week in room 22, which was on the bottom floor. There wasn't a full view of the ocean, but we were still happy with our large patio. The...

My first every review and possibly my last. Had such a great time and was thoroughly pampered. The staff looked after me from beginning to end & the food was fab. A beautiful boutique property. It seems to me that the owners -Gloria & Reinhold paid absolute attention to detail and dedication in ensuring all their guests needs are meet...

The charming photos of this property are an example of superb photo retouching! Our room was dilapidated with empty holes where pictures used to be. Our view was the roof top of the building in front of us and we could barely see the water. So much for a beach front room! The noise from the street and the building...

Surly management with an answer for everything the most favoured of which is this is 'Tobago'. Since when do you get to charge USD 250 per night for b&b for a tired room with dripping, wobbly taps, hooks half off the walls, drawers which are so broken they fall out and are unusable, handles broken etc. I complained about the...

My room was nicely decorated, reminding a portugese / spanish style. Everything was working perfect. Obviously this place is not designed for business, but the general atmosphere reflects peace and space. The beach is compact with nice sand, in the middle of the rocks. I stayed only 2 days, but it was a fantastic unwinding experience. The restaurant Havana has...

I stayed here with my partner with a large wedding party. The hotel is very basic and expensive for what there is. The staff were friendly except the manager, we over heard her arguing with other guests about their room. The junior penthouse is certainly not as good as it sounds and the view is poor. The food was good...

We arrived and had a trouble free check in. We were taken to room 10, which is ground floor and pool facing. The room was average and a little tired looking. The bed looks good but after further inspection it has limited wooden slats and the mattress sags at the headboard and foot, leading to uncomfortable rest. There is no...

Our room located 2nd floor overlooking the pool w private balcony ,partial ocean view ( bit disappointed) def NOT the view as in pictures of the room on the site- however we still had great sunrise& sunset views.
