After a very long day of backpacking, we were greeted by Philomena with coffee and delicious cake! What a perfect way to end a beautiful day! This B&B was absolutely beautiful and had amazing views. My sister and I could not have found a more comfortable, charming and accommodating B&B. Phil you ROCK!!!

The attention to detail in this B&B is difficult to overstate. From the decorations to the doorknobs, from the furniture to the tile in the bathroom, it is obvious that good taste meet with careful consideration when this B&B was designed. There were toiletries in the bathroom, and other bathroom conveniences not normally found were there. The room was large...

We think this may have been our favorite B&B stay in Ireland, and each was special in its own way. Philomena greeted us with tea and a lovely dessert given with kindness and taken in the welcoming sunroom with a view. She encouraged us to go for a walk through town and toward the stunning local cliffs over the ocean...

Drove from Drogheda to Dingle, headed north to find Ballydavid, and got lost. The Garmin thinks Ballydavid North is actually Ballydavid. It is not. We called our B&B and spoke with Michael, who was patient, amused, and so kind. "Look around. What do you see? I will find you." I replied that we saw sheep and some lovely homes. "You...

We very much enjoyed Imeall na Mara ("Seashore House" in Irish), and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is bright, airy, and spotlessly clean. Our room looked out the front of the house to Smerwick Harbour, and the horse in the field across the street always seemed to be grazing in the same spot whenever we glanced out....

This B&B is on the western tip of the Dingle Peninsula. The views from this place are breathtaking! The sitting room has tremendous views to take in while you sit and relax. The room was so cozy. The breakfast was delicious. The host and hostess were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They gave us excellent suggestions for nearby walking, driving, and...

We stayed here as part of our hike around the Dingle Peninsula. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was great. By this time we were quite tired, and this was a wonderful place to rest. In the morning, we decided to not hike Mt. Brandon, so our host, Phil, kindly took us to the Southern route in the...

Hiking the Dingle way was incredible, but also this B&B. Our hostess, Phil was great. She was fun and welcoming at the same time. Great room, with a heated towel warmer to boot! This B&B is also a store and a post office, so we got all our needs met.

Wonderful view, delicious breakfasts, home baking, peace and tranquility. Add to that the warm and friendly welcome from Phil and Michael and you have the perfect combination. There is a tiny sheltered beach just around the corner, huge strands a short car ride away and lots of great walking with beautiful scenery.

During our arduous hike on the Dingle Way, we stumbled upon this oasis of beauty and solitude right off the trail in windy Ballydavid. The B&B was new, clean, well designed and the hostess, was both considerate and accommodating. We were greeted with hot coffee, tea and freshly baked rhubarb crunch with ice cream. After a very relaxing and quiet...
