If you can't decide between Manchester or Liverpool, a stay at Premier Inn Haydock Park/M6 J23 hotel puts you within easy reach of both. But it's not all bright lights and big cities round here, there's also the racing and live music at Haydock Racecourse, and lots of tourist attractions nearby too. Get up close and personal to some wild animals at Knowsley Safari Park, or get a personal best taking part in the St Helens Iron Man. There's sports and spills aplenty at Leigh Leisure Centre, and don't forget the go karting at Three Sisters. Then head back to the hotel for some lovely food at our restaurant and a great night's sleep in our new, modern rooms with extra-comfy kingsize beds.

Booked 2 rooms for a couple of nights - as all premier inns, for a 3 star hotel, its definitely worth the money. Clean, has everything you would need and free parking with lots of spaces. There are no adjoining rooms but we were allocated rooms together on the top floor as requested to Donna (thank you!) Lovely, friendly service and the breakfast (cooked breakfast isn't a buffet) in the Stonecross Table Table restaurant next door was lovely.

Really enjoyed by stay here. Decent location, not far off the motorway, and plenty of parking (which is free). The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was an excellent standard - great new / modern decor and a good TV. Breakfast @ £9.50 next door (Table Table) was a bargain considering how much food you can have. Definitely on the list of 'good' hotels to stay at.

extremly clean hotel rooms and reception areas, staff very helpful and extremly polite. We saw lots of sanitising so made us feel very safe. Best one we have stayed in. Bathroom look brand new, and lots of tea and coffe left out.

Stayed here a number of times in the past with no problem.
Staff are amazing and helpful and deserve credit.
Breakfast is outstanding all served fresh and at the table.
Ate in the restaurant were staff again helped with our dietary considerations first class and adapted dishes to suit .
What let the Hotel down was our extremely poor sleep experience. Our room on this occasion was located at the back of the hotel were young people in cars were screeching in an out of cars and being loud until around 3am. The light on tge industrial building adjacent was on all night as well, which is not the hotels fault but does cause an issue with light
Unfortunately on check out there was no staff on reception to make them aware of this

On arrival to the hotel we were met by really friendly and polite staff. They made us feel welcome and that set the tone for the stay.

The room was lovely and clean and the facilities were as expected for a family room. The lovely touch of putting some treats in the room for my daughter was very much appreciated and just added to the overall lovely stay.

Every time we came in and out of the hotel we were greeted by the friendly staff and when we needed something printing off they were only too happy to oblige.

This was a lovely stay with the staff making it very welcoming. We will be staying here again, thanks to the polite and considerate staff.

My two teenage boys and I stayed here in a family room on Easter Sunday.

Our stay was as expected for a Premier Inn.

A nice clean and warm room with plenty of space for three beds. There's a large car park with plenty of car parking spaces. The receptionists were really friendly and helpful.

When we entered our room after checking in, both of my boys were happy to see that the hotel staff had placed an easter egg on each of their pillows, which was a nice touch.

We had tea and breakfast in the neighbouring restaurant. Both meals were nice.

Would recommend this hotel and would be happy to use again.

We stayed two nights over Christmas and we had a room that overlooked the car park. The room was comfortable and quiet, there was always a member of staff at reception and we had nice meals and drinks at the pub next door. A nice touch was that when we arrived on Christmas Eve, staff had left us a Christmas card and chocolates in the room.

This review is with regards to the night receptionist Karen . I stayed here on previous occasions . Karen was exceptionally helpful , as a business man I had work to do on my I-pad and I had forgot my I-pad charger , Karen offered for me to use hers so I could continue with my work which I returned when I left at 6am the following morning . Karen’s attitude was second to none and she is vey helpful and pleasant . I would like to recognise her for a job well done and thank you for what I consider going over and beyond to help a customer . Will definitely use this hotel again , the rooms are spotless . 100% across all areas

Attending an event the following day we made a last minute decision to stay overnight and booked about 4 hours before we arrived!

Stayed with wife, son and baby daughter. Plenty of parking, checked in efficiently and allocated ground floor room, which was typical Premier Inn - double bed for us, single for my son and travel cot for daughter. Room was clean, plenty big enough and everything worked well.

Breakfast the following day in the adjacent restaurant was excellent and service very good on a busy Sunday morning.

Would definitely recommend, a good hotel for a stopover, handy for the motorway and close to amenities on and off site.

Hi Meagen Thanks for your query. This hotel doesn't have air conditioning I'm afraid. You can find out which of our hotels do by looking out for the snowflake icon on the hotels page. Hope this helps. Regards Amy Premier Inn Team

Hi Dennis Thanks for your query. An early check in can be requested, however it can't be guaranteed as guests have until 12pm to check out, so it depends on the hotels availability. You can call the hotel team on 0333 003 1699 (option # for Reception) once you've made a booking and they'll be happy to add a note of your request and they'll try their best to accommodate this. You can view our current rates and availability for the dates you require on our Premier Inn website. Hope this helps. Regards Amy Premier Inn Team
