Great restaurant. Food and wine are very good. The view is incredible. The staff are excellent. Accommodation is disappointing. Dogs barked most of the night. The air conditioning does not work. The room needs basic maintenance. A sleepless night.

Such a lovely hotel and restaurant. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the view, the food, the good service and the swimming pool. We were on a cycling holiday and will remember forever the first evening meal, sitting on the terrace with a view across the valley. The waiter could tell us about the wines and suggested wines produced by... More

Perfect B&B (more like a hotel) in a beautiful part of Piëmonte. Fine kitchen, delicious wines from the estate: amongst others Chardonnay, Riesling (much different from the Elzas), Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba and a good Barolo. Quality wines for a reasonnable price. Staff and personel are friendly, very helpfull and quick: they work hard to make your stay a pleasant... More

We stayed at La Torricella for two nights during our recent trip to Piedmont. For us, the hotel is one of the best hotels in the region when it comes to price/quality. The rooms are lovely but quite simple. The hotel offers stunning views to the vineyards and small hills around. You have great views from the hotel rooms, the... More

We had a too short two night stay! And already tried to book our second stay, but unfortunately all booked in July on the dates we preferred.. La Torricella is a wonderful place with great atmosphere, fantastic views of the surrounding wine fields, very nice rooms, fabulous food and not the least very nice people! We were offered a free... We stayed as a couple here in 2015. The service was unbelievable. It is family run and very personal in terms of service. The rooms are wonderful. We had a suite with a queen size bed and bathroom. Breakfast provided every day was outstanding. The view with the infinity pool and the setting with the surrounding Vineyards is idyllic. You will... More

We stopped there occasionally during our visit in the near by villages when we where looking for a place for wine tasting, and it was a great surprise. One of the family made us a very interesting tour in the winery, and then we had wine tasting in the restaurant of 5 different wines that they make- all very good!... More

We had never been to an agriturismo before as we used to rent individual houses with a pool all to ourselves but is has been a good experience. We found it more of a boutique hotel than what we would expect from an agriturismo but maybe that's due to our inexperience with such accommodations and we didn't mind at all.... More

We had a special family meal out at this delightful vineyard restaurant with rooms. Our table on the grassy terrace was separated from the other diners by screens made of vines and had a incredible view over the Barolo vineyards. Very friendly and charming staff served us at smart white clothed tables. The starters were delicious - veal mostly, carpaccio... More

We have stayed in La Torricella several times in different seasons now, and always a great experience. This time in summer with our family of elder children. La Torricella is a wine agriturismo, located on the top of a hill a few km's outside Monforte d'Alba. Amidst vineyards producing a.o. their own Barolo wines: delicious! The views are unbeatable: hills... More
