Beautiful nested on the top of the hill with an astonishing view over the rolling hills of Piemonte. The rooms are elegant and it is a pleasure to have breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the wine yards and the pool. A wonderful place to spend a weekend for two. We will soon be back again.

This boutique hotel sits almost on the top of the hills in the town of Monforte D'Alba. Every aspect of the hotel is immaculate, its interiors, the grounds, the poolside as well as the service. Our room was on the entry level and its access was through the central courtyard. It overlooked a quiet little street. The room was a...

This place is situated in an ancient noble villa, you can feel the atmosphere of the old Italy. Time seemed to stop here because of absolute absence of the city noise. Gorgeous view to the hills and and unity with nature. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

I can't tell you how much it grieves me to say how disappointing our stay was this time. We have stayed here many times during the past 6 years, and loved it so much we even got married there back in 2012. We were told that the hotel has changed ownership, and most of the original staff members have also...

We've stayed in lots of hotels in many countries over the last few years; this is one of our favourites. So much style and class. Such a wonderful location and the best view we can remember. All the staff are so helpful in sorting out walking, restaurants and even where to buy a hat. Some say the rooms are small...

If you are going to the Piedmont region in northern Italy, this is the perfect hotel to stay in. It is located in the hill town of Monforte d'Alba and very assessable to the various wineries and wine towns in the area. The hotel is totally first class and has an old world charm both in it's amenities and staff....

This is a nice hotel in beautiful Monforte, a hill top town in the Barolo region of La Langhe. The room was comfortable and on the small side. Staff was generally helpful with some being better than others. The breakfast room is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the valley below and there was a good variety of items.
